Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Superb value for money. Troyes is extraordinary.

The location was superb, being a short walk to the old town, the cathedral, the museums. Even though it was central and above a boulangerie the property was quiet and private. Inside was spacious and had every convenience I needed, including a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine. I chose to eat out mostly as bars and restaurants are so close. The apartment was super clean, in fact, everything looked very new and shiny. The bed was extremely comfortable. Can't really fault the accommodation and excellent value for money.

The only improvement might be the access. I am in my 70s and have a touch of vertigo, so the metal open stairs and metal grid (like a fire escape) took a little getting used to. But it became less of a problem the more I used it.

Loved the location and the fact it was upstairs from a lovely bakery. Parking was easy. Inside the property was modern, clean and with loads of character.

A great spot to relax, cook, catch up, and base our exploration of Troyes.

Great location above a bakery. Clean and well laid out. Lots of windows and air con.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Very springy. The drain in the shower was blocked up with previous users hair. The kitchen could have a better knife for preparing food in.

Great value and ideal location

The perfect pitstop for the night. Spacious, comfy beds, great shower and super convenient location (not to mention delicious smelling thanks to the bakery downstairs). The host was super communicative too. Thank you!

A great place to stop

The location is really good . We are on our way to go sking but called in to break the journey. So close to walk around the old town with all its character buildings. Lots of places to eat . Really spacious. Excellent value

Parfait

Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre ville de Troyes. Beaucoup de choses à visiter à pied. On peut sa garer à proximité sans problème. L'appartement est très confortable avec des équipements modernes. Il est au calme. Les formalités d'arrivée et de départ sont très souples et le contact avec Sandra très facile. Un livret explicatif sur place donne tous les renseignements utiles.

Die Wohnung liegt super, wir konnten alles problemlos machen, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten.

es handelt sich um ein Appartement, deshalb kein Frühstück, aber etwas Tee und Kaffee war vorhanden und eine sehr gute Bäckerei im Untergeschoß. Die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es gab eine gute und übersichtliche Mappe mit Informationen für Touristen.

Die Eingangstür ist sehr versteckt und ohne Beschriftung. Die Beschreibung des Vorgehens bei der Bedienung der Schlüsselbox war lückenhaft, da zwei (von 4) Bildern bzw. Videos nur Nebel zeigten. Wir hätten es wohl nicht geschafft, wenn uns nicht ein Mitarbeiter der Bäckerei geholfen hätte. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und entsprach nicht den Bildern, die bei der Suche aufgerufen werden konnten, die dort gezeigte Wohnung war sicher in einem anderen Stockwerk.

Belle surprise origniale

Appartement situé au dessus d'une boulangerie! C'est très original et pratique pour aller chercher le petit-déjeuner. Confort parfait, bien insonorisé et bonne odeur si on laisse une fenêtre ouverte. Un escalier d'accès qui passe un peu dans la partie arrière de la boulangerie donne sur l'entrée de l'appartement. Texte via WhatApp très clair pour trouver l'accès et les clés et propriétaire disponible si besoin. Bel emplacement pour visiter Troyes et l'appartement est tellement complet que l'on peut y passer une semaine sans problème.

Een prima en brandschoon appartement op een uitstekende locatie

Het appartement was brandschoon en lag op een prima locatie. Alles wat we wilden zien, was lopend bereikbaar. Goede bedden en schoon sanitair.

De huiskamer was wat sober ingericht. Een comfortabele stoel of een kastje erbij had het nog wat huiselijker kunnen maken.

L’accès, la proximité de la vieille ville, le calme, la propreté, la possibilité d’utiliser la Clim, l’aspect neuf des sanitaires et mobilier, la boulangerie en bas pour prendre notre petit déjeuner avant de reprendre la route, les échanges avec Sandra. Tout était parfait !

Juste deux chaises si on veut s’installer à 3 ou 4 mais on a mangé en ville donc rien de grave

Agréable, cosy, très mignon, lumineux, très propre et fonctionnel, on peut y séjourner à 4 personnes, y prendre des repas legers (à rechauffer ou petit dejeuner), et c'est situé en plein centre ville de Troyes (partie historique), differentes fenêtres avec des vues différentes, sur les toits

Bruyant jusqu'à minuit (on entendait des gens qui faisaient du bruit, dans la rue), il manquait des torchons

Un séjour exceptionnel.

Un très bel appartement, bien climatisé dans trois pièces, entièrement rénové. 2 magnifiques chambres avec de très belles poutres. Une cuisine fonctionnelle est neuve. Une réactivité excellente de la propriétaire. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable.

Noi eravamo solamente di passaggio, ma l'appartamento è molto comodo, pulito e ben posizionato

Posizione eccezionale, con un po' di fortuna si può trovare parcheggio fuori dalla porta di casa

La scala di accesso all'appartamento è stretta e scomoda per portare le valigie, non adatta a persone con difficoltà motorie. L'appartamento usa la TV via Internet (ci sono 3 bellissimi apparecchi), io non l'avevo mai usata prima e quindi la giudico scomoda.

Espectacular apartamento en el centro

Es un apartamento que está todo súper nuevo, prácticamente a estrenar, muy limpio, con cocina completa, incluso horno y lavavajillas. Dos televisiones, una en el salón comedor y otra en el dormitorio. Tiene secador con difusor para pelo rizado, lo cual se agradece. Muy espacioso, decoración muy cuidada. Está a 3 minutos andando o menos del centro de Troyes. Hay un aparcamiento a unos 300 mtrs que nos costó 5 € y estuvimos prácticamente 24 h. Las indicaciones fueron perfectas y Sandra muy pendiente en todo momento, la comunicación fue muy fluida y en español, lo cual le agradezco.
