The apartment is perfect for for an overnight stop in Troyes, right in the centre of the old town in a small traffic free lane. You can park 5-10 minutes walk away in parking Hotel de Ville which was about 10 euros per night. Communication with the owner was good and getting the keys is easy from a lock box on the right of a small square which has a restaurant called Le Jardin. I would definately book again if travelling via Troyes.
My only minor comment is that there was not much natural light, but this was as expected from the location down a narrow lane. Not a problem for us.

raam kon niet open (té warme slaapkamer!); tot 's nachts 02.15 uur rumoerig op de straat en binnenplaats (restaurants), nét onder de slaapkamer
