Appartement très confortable et bien placé. La climatisation tout juste installée fonctionne parfaitement et nous a permis d’apprécier notre séjour malgré la canicule.

A great place, very central in Troyes. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but we did arrive on a very busy Saturday night and so finding a parking space was tricky. Instructions on how to get in were good, but there are more lock boxes than showing in the picture, so perhaps worth explaining it is the one under the key pad. A nice surprise was that each bedroom was ensuite, or at least had a shower in, which was great. Definitely worth highlighting to future guests. Only one toilet, but separate from the showers which was great.
As a busy Saturday night there was music that went on into the early morning. Nothing that could be done, but worth having earplugs if coming at a busy time. The biggest disappointment was that someone had obviously been smoking in the apartment and you could still smell it. I did email to complain and had a quick response and offered longer in the morning before checking out. I do think whoever was responsible should have had some repercussions as it did spoilt the place when otherwise it was better than expected.

Appartement très confortable, bien insonorisé et super bien situé.
Un peu juste au niveau de la vaisselle. Il serait judicieux d’avoir un peu plus d’assiettes, de couverts et de verres.
