Perfect for family

Central location, very clean, confortable. Recently renewed. Perfect for a family of 4. There were board games too for kids. Wifi works perfectly.

Just above the bars outside which can be little noisy in the night. Also to go to toilet there were small stairs exposing risk to fall down. Otherwise it's a perfect appartement.

It was definitely not worth the money.

The location near the ‘Halles’ was great, however the, very small studio, was on street level and the noise was deafening. We were not able to open the window for fresh air, no air conditioning, and the bed was ‘lousy’.

The location, but without the noise. They should write that it’s on the square with a lot of cafes.

Basic is prima, maar bij aankomst hingen er letterlijk nog maar drie velletjes wc-papier en geen nieuwe rol. Er waren twee handdoeken waarvan één zó klein dat mijn vaatdoek groter is. Bij het hoofdeinde van het bed zitten twee plankjes op een onhandige plek; mijn partner heeft zich daar lelijk aan gestoten. Ook was het verblijf niet goed schoon. Het grootste probleem was echter de geluidsoverlast. Tot diep in de nacht kwamen mensen thuis: de voordeur sloeg hard dicht (het bed staat er pal naast), het ganglicht sprong steeds aan, en vanaf 6 uur ’s ochtends gingen mensen weer weg met veel kabaal. Zelfs met goede oordoppen was het niet te doen. Wat ik vooral vervelend vond: toen ik dit aangaf bij de verhuurder, werd er niet ingegaan op mijn feedback maar kreeg ik wel de vraag of ik een 10/10 review wilde achterlaten. Dat voelde niet passend

Niedliches Zimmerchen mitten im Leben

Zentraler geht es kaum! Eine wirklich abgefahrene Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Man muss natürlich abendlichen Trubel und die Eigenheiten von "naturbelassenen" Altstadtunterkünften mögen- das trifft aber nun mal auf uns voll und ganz zu. Wir waren ob unserer Wahl sehr glücklich und können das Zimmer alle denen herzlicn empfehlen, die die Stadt nicht unter einer "cleanen" Abgeschiedenheitsglocke sondern mitten "im Leben" erfahren möchten! Das heißt aber keineswegs, dass es schmuddelig war-im Gegenteil.

Une fois, pas deux.

Bien situé dans le centre ville, mais entre deux cafés avec terrasse.. Équipement complet, Immeuble "vieillot" mais local propre.

Le pire est le lit dont le matelas est plus large que le sommier de 20cm environ. Donc lorsqu'on s'allonge de ce côté, opposé au mur, le matelas fléchit et on glisse ...jusqu'au sol! Pas drôle la nuit (2 fois). Quant à l"eńvoi des codes d'entrée il faut être patient et s'y retrouver entre les 3 clés identiques. Et Madame la propriétaire me dit espèrer que je jugerai e local positivement... je n'insiste pas.

Séjour agréable et confortable.

La chambre, la cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon et les jeux à disposition.

Il n’y avait pas de papier toilette et de savon pour se laver.

Hébergement à fuir !!!

Facilité pour accéder au logement… mais pas avant 17h

La largeur du matelas du « lit » dépasse d’au moins 20cm de la largeur du sommier qui semble être un sommier de canapé clic-clac. Attention en vous asseyant sur le bord du lit ! Fesses par terre assurées ! Le drap de dessous était taché. Les commentaires vantaient un endroit calme : Ce qui devrait s’appeler une studette située en rdc a ses 2 fenêtres placées entre des bars. Les tables de l’un des bars sont collées aux fenêtres. Nuisances sonores nocturnes jusqu’en fin de soirée. À 7h30 le matin, livraison des fûts de bières au pied des fenêtres et en musique (camion) avec des basses bien sonnantes. Pas d’accueil. À l’heure de l’arrivée, vous recevez un message de la prestataire ménage pour savoir à quelle heure vous quittez les lieux le lendemain. Détecteur de fumée masqué par du papier. VMC ? Tout cela fait que le tarif est surestimé. Quant aux autres commentaires ? Était-ce pour la même prestation ?

Klein maar redelijk

De locatie in het centrum is perfect, de buurt stil en ( betaalde, voor één avond/nacht/ochtend €5) parkeerplek vlakbij.

De studio is krap bemeten, de douche ronduit klein en het sanitair wat gedateerd. Overigens wel heel compleet.

Appartement agréable, pratique et très central

L'emplacement est parfait. On se retrouve à proximité de tous les points d'intérêts de la ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé et bien décoré. L'accès au logement est indépendant grâce à une boîte à clé. L'appartement est très calme malgré le fait qu'il donne sur un bar et sur une place assez centrale. Le bar semble fermé le matin donc j'ai pu faire la grasse matinée.

La cabine de douche est très petite, mais on voit que les propriétaires ont vraiment essayé de rationaliser l'espace au maximum. A noter qu'on est en rez-de-chaussée avec fenêtres sur une terrasse de bar donc il faut fermer au moins les rideaux si on veut une certaine intimité.

Tout était super, le logement est très propre, très fonctionnel. Très bien situé, à côté de tout. L’hôte est disponible et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Je vous recommande sans hésité. ☺️

Très bruitant jusqu’à 03 du matin Lit incontournable je suis tombé et fait mal car le matelas dépasse de 40 cm de sommier Drap non repassé et même je dirai non changé car quand j’ai enlevé la couverture de lit j’ai trouvé des cheveux poils etc Bâtiment complètement en travaux sac de plâtre juste devant la porte avec beaucoup de poussière J’ai passé une nuit infernale je recommande à personne Photo non conforme On a l’impression que on vit dans la rue
