Loved this place. Highly recommend.

We loved this place and will definitely recommend it. We were two friends and booked the studio and the apartment. It is in the centre of the historical area with French doors that open and a small balcony overlooking the square. The facilities were spacious, fresh and clean. There were tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, lollies, water bottles. The little touches were much appreciated. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so much for making our trip to Troyes such a pleasure.

The place is inviting and the communication with owner is very good.

Clean and the view pretty at night.

Had difficult time turning the heater on. Owner tried real hard to resolve but couldn’t Good news the comforter for the bed was very warm so all good.

Wonderfully stylish and comfortable apartment in an excellent location overlooking the main square. Troyes is a beautiful city and Cyrille and Karl provided a lot of info for exploring (as well as some delicious goodies 😋). The audioguide tour from the Office de Tourisme opposite is very good.

Great stay and hosts, in a perfect location

The view over the main square, half-timbered buildings and action was superb. We loved being within close walking distance from the market, supermarkets and restaurants. Well set up apartment. The owners provided a wealth of information and recommendations, and were always helpful. Recommended.

Super apartment

The location of the apartment was superb with fab views over the square and the main street of the old town . It was well appointed and comfortable with everything you could need . Parking in the Cathedral multistorey car park is only 3 minutes walk away and not horrendously expensive. One tip ; take your parking ticket with you if you wish to get your car out on a Sunday as the car park is locked and accessed by scanning your ticket. Troyes is a very beautiful city and well worth visiting. Our host Cyrille was always available if any queries.

great stay & worth a visit

There was a lot of helpful information provided by the hosts before our stay (also a website) so we could figure out where to park and how to pay etc very easily. The location is great with a beautiful view over the main square, the apartement was very clean and with attention to details. If I will ever go to Troyes again I would stay here

Very central location

Perfect location wirh very good view to the old town. It is small studio but enough for couple of nights. Nice decoration, reasonably equipped kitchen for small meals. Beautiful bathroom. Contactless check-in, very comfortable. Wifi, french channels TV. Troyes is beautiful town. Comfortable option, friendly service.

Not problem for us but 3rd floor in narrow stairs up could be issue for some. Could be noisy weekend nights but not an issue on workdays. Wifi ok, but could be stronger throughout studio.

Delightful apartment in the centre of Troyes.

This wonderful apartment was perfect for our short stay in Troyes. As with a lot of properties check was conducted without human contact however the excellent communication with Karl & Cyrille felt like we had been fully introduced to Troyes and it's delights in person with personal recommendations for restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is in an exceptional location with fantastic views of the town and although small, the use of space and design features meant it didn't feel cramped for the two of us. Throughout the apartment there are little touches which show that the owners care about your experience and listen to feedback such as the disposable earplugs if the street noise is too much. Small things like umbrellas and a small bags of sweets are also good examples of the hosts thoughtfulness. Like others have mentioned it is reached via a steep flight of stairs so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues this could be an issue. We stopped in September and the temperature was a very humid 31 but the fans worked well keeping things cool.

The water pressure in the shower was very low but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the apartment.

the downside is it is on the third floor with no lift, but that is made known in the information.

very center location, unbelievable convenient, we lived in the one bedroom apartment, you can see the old town center from the room balcony. The room is spacious, living room area and bedroom is separated, very bright room

Charming apartment in the heart of Troyes.

Excellent location in the very heart of the town. Small but usefull space for a short stay.

Being in the heart of the town also means more noise. And when you are not up to walking 3 flights of stairs, you should reconsider. In the summer it can get pretty hot and it has no air conditioning. There are 2 ventilators though.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cet appartement au cœur de Troyes, avec une vue incroyable.

Appartement très agréable avec une superbe vue sur la place de l’Hôtel de Ville et les toits du centre-ville de Troyes depuis le 3e étage. Le balcon filant est un vrai plus pour profiter du cadre. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé, avec un lit confortable et tout le nécessaire pour préparer un café. Un excellent séjour, je recommande !

Seul petit bémol : les trois étages à monter à pied, un peu raides, et les chaises de bar peu confortables.
