Nice apartment in an excellent location with very good hosts.

The location is fantastic, right in the very center of the old town. Absolutely everything one needs was within walking distance. Although there is no real view, it still feels in the center of everything. It is a cozy place with a comfortable couch and beds. The kitchen was quite well set up and useable. The tub was awesome. The TV is nice and has all the channels in the world. The hosts are communicative and friendly.

It would have been nice to have nightstands on both sides of the beds and a place to hang coats. There was a hanging space in one bedroom but not the other. We would also have appreciated a clear set of instructions for managing the trash. We spent a lot of time wandering around looking for a place to recycle the glass and dispose of the garbage. The pillows in the bedroom were not good so I recommend bringing your own if you are traveling by car for a longer stay, as we were.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect for our quick stop on the way to South of France. Great customer service throughout all communication. Next time we’re in Troyes, we know where to come. The location is perfect as well, quick to get to the shops and restaurants. Thank you!

Warning- unsafe property

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay in this property as it does not meet legal safety standards. It seems comfortable and is in a nice location, but we felt it was not safe to stay with our family.

This property is up three steep, narrow staircases- expected, due to the age of the property. These are the only access. Unfortunately, the property has failed to install a smoke detector, breaking French law. When contacting the property, the manager said one was not needed, as it is a non smoking property. This is inaccurate and dangerous. We were not comfortable staying in a place with such a flagrant disregard for safety and had to book another property. Very disappointing response from the property manager.

Location was excellent. Provisions in the property were excellent. The hearing was excellent.

There was an odd smell in toilet that wouldn’t go. The steps to the apartment would not be able to be done by somebody with mobility problems.

Komfortable, schöne Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt. Schön modernisiert mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Alle notwendigen Dinge bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten findet man vor.

Der Zugang über schmale steile Treppen mag manch einem beschwerlich sein.

Netter Zwischenstopp im historischen Zentrum von Troyes

Super gelegen mitten im historischen Zentrum. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nett eingerichtet.

Für je zwei normal große Menschen sind die beiden Doppelbetten relativ klein (schmal). Wir hatten zudem das Pech, an einem sehr heißen Tag dort zu sein, so dass es unter dem Dach sehr warm war.

Emplacement idéal et appartement super équipé, au calme et typique de l'habitat troyen. Bonne literie, petites attentions de la part des propriétaires et réactivité vis-à-vis de nos questions.

L'appartement étant situé dans le centre historique, impossible de parker son véhicule à proximité immédiate (350 m pour trouver le parking de l'hotel de ville,accessible le week-end). L'appartement se situe au 2e étage donc pas indiqué pour les personnes un peu moins mobiles.
