the price was good

there was a bad smell, the tv was almost impossible to work as the remote was broken, the handle on the shower door was broken, the skirting board had come away from the bedroom wall and was lying dangerously nail side up, there was no view from our apartment only skylights.

Rustic and Cozy apartment in the charming city of Troyes

Good nice location with walking distance to everything. Spacious and cozy apartment. Very friendly receptionist!

No toiletries at all. Furniture was worn but clean.

Perfect location, affordable, comfy and spacious apartment for or 2/3 persons.

Good communication with the host, quick and close by key pick-up, free parking in front of the apartment, kitchen fully equipped, loved the windows, and in case you smoke, there's a little backyard. Lastly, excellent location! - 5 to 10 min. walk to the old town centre.

I wasn't a fan of the glass coffee table, as you'll easily bump into the corners, and personally I wouldn't have painted the walls brown. But hey, that's just my taste :) Also keep in mind, one sleep is the sofa bed, which might not be comfortable/acceptable for everyone - esp. if staying multiple nights.

Prima prijs, prima bed, maar de keuken en de badkamer zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

Het bed was ontzettend goed. Dat was een absoluut pluspunt. En de prijs was laag, dus eigenlijk mag je niet zeuren.

De eigenaar was enorm lang aan het bellen. We hebben minstens een kwartier staan wachten voor we onze sleutels konden krijgen. Ons was ook beloofd dat er een privé-parkeerplaats zou zijn, maar daar konden we niet op komen. Gelukkig was er een plekje in de straat. Het keukenblok en kookgedeelte waren echt aftands en duidelijk veelgebruikt; dit gold ook voor het aardewerk en bestek. Het bestek lag in een open bakje boven de kookplaat en plakte.

Le seul aspect positif de mon séjour c'est la proximité de mon lieu de travail.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié , la vétusté du bâtiment et principalement du logement tout est à rénover, tout est vétuste même le lavabo est maintenu avec un seau de peinture pour éviter qu'il ne tombe. DECEVANT. De plus j'avais loué un logt avec deux lits et un seul lit disponible aucun drap n'y couverture pour le canapé lit pas confortable non plus bref un cauchemar le client n'ai pas respecter. JE DEMANDE UN REMBOURSSEMENT

Tous les équipements cassés ce n etait pas le.logement sur les photos de l annonce de base La clé est a recupere ailleurs Taxe de séjour facturée pour ma fille de 7 ans Zero réponse au mail envoyé précédemment 2 ème étage 2 chambres au lieu d une mais attention ⚠️ j ai ete prévenu de ne pas salir les 2 heureusement ma fille dort avec moi ! Escaliers étroits pour monter des sacs au 2 ème j aurais bien passé mon tour Zero condiments de base sel poivre ! Première déception sur des années de location sur booking

Les clés sont à récupérer a une autre adresse (ou l'on ne peux pas stationner!). L'appartement sous les toits est très chaud il faisait plus de 30 degrés . Pas détecteur de fumée !!!!!! Il y avais une climatisation mobile mais qui n'était pas assez puissante et qui surtout n'atteint pas les chambre... La nuit fut compliquée pour profiter de son week end c'est moyen ... Il pourrais y avoir des ventilateurs dans les chambres ! Vraiment payé pour ne pas dormir... Certaine planches du parquet sont enfoncées on pourrait pensez passer au travers . Pas rassurant du tout c'est comme ça dans de nombreux endroits de l'appartement. Ce n'est pas adapté à une famille avec poussette. L'escalier est étroit ne soyez pas trop chargé. Matériel assez sommaire (pas de torchon ; 1 seul sac poubelle...) La salle de bain est spacieuse mais la lunette des toilettes ainsi que la chasse d'eau sont cassée . Le bac de douche ne fait clairement pas envie les joins sont à refaire ! ... Je ne m'y suis pas douché alors payé pour ne pas bien dormir et ne pas pouvoir se laver c'est inacceptable selon moi ! Les fenêtres ne s'ouvre pas facilement sans escabeau ! Il n'y en a pas donc Il faut monter sur un pouf qui n'est même pas stable .... Le parquet grince beaucoup si bien que vous réveillé tous le monde juste en allant au toilettes ! La déco générale ne m'a pas forcément emballé mais çe n'est pas le plus important.. même si ce n'est pas que qu'on attend d'un appart ' hôtel. Heureusement que nous n'avions qu'une nuit ! Vraiment déçue je ne recommande pas ...

L’emplacement était bien

Logement dans un mauvais état. Le Parquet qui s’enlève, des fuites de partout Une literie plus que douteuse! Des équipements dit complet (même pas de quoi cuisiner, 2 fourchettes.) De la poussière en veut tu en voilà. Personnel à peine aimable c’est limite si on les dérange pas. À la remise des clefs on vous donne des sacs énormes obligé de trouve de la place dans les voitures et mettre sa sur les enfants! On y a juste dormi et encore parce que nous avions payé et l’argent ne tombe pas du ciel. Mais nous ne reviendront jamais! Je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de prendre des photos!
