A bit more space than other properties in Troyes

The facility is very basic, water taps are loose, towels are old and look dirty even if they were washed. We had to use our clothes to wipe the water instead, as we did not dare using the towels provided by hosts.

Scam. No ability to get into the property!

I was given instructions to get two keys from the key safe/box outside the address to open the door for the apartment. I opened the key box but there was only one key. The key does not open either lock on the door. Unable to stay in the apartment as a result. I contacted the host, with no reply once we had this problem. Worried we were scammed here. As a result of not being able to enter property, we had to sleep in the car outside the address! It was very cold!

Cheap stop over on long drive

It was basic, quiet and warm.

No parking - difficult to find, could be little cleaner (cutlery drawer needed a good wipe out and kitchen sink) slight damp smell. Tried several variations of password and could not connect to wifi

Functional overnight stop for a resonable price which is just what we were looking for.

Location OK, very clean and well managed 'remote' access to the studio flat.

Sheets kept coming off the main bed during the night - had to refit them 3 times - this is probably due to the soft matress. If this had not happened we would have given a much better rating. Also the washing machine is so close to the toilet it felt really cramped going to the toilet - better to site the washing machine somewhere else - even if in the covered area outside the flat. Did not find the flat at first as the entry door was outside the back of the building but the instructions did not make this clear.

Rien que l'entrée donne envie de partir. Les draps n'avaient pas été changés et avaient des taches douteuses. Nous avons dormi par terre. Le parquet est penché avec une grosse tache (de vomi probablement). Les casseroles et poêle sont dégoutantes. Les assiettes étaient bien grasses, 3 verres dépareillés... Une odeur dégoût insupportable dans la salle de bain.

L’appartement était propre et accueillant. La Wifi fonctionnait très bien. On a peu de garé facilement à l’extérieur. La douche fait l’affaire. Rapport qualité prix c’est très bien. Les magasins de Troyes sont vraiment pas loin.

Pas de place de parking mais on peut trouver une place dans la rue d’à côté. Le ventilateur trop petit pour 4.

Le reflet de la ville de Troyes

Proximité d un superbe parc pour enfants avec jeux d eaux. Facile de se garer dans les rues adjacentes.

Les logements sont en rénovation et tout n est pas conforme. Les murs sont fins, on entend les conversations de tous les voisins. Comme ce n est pas cher, la population accueillie n est pas toujours sociable. Dommage cela pourrait permettre à plus de familles de découvrir le grand est. Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec un couple qui buvait et râlait souvent et sur tout et un couple qui se tapait dessus à 3h du matin.

Tout était nul. L'appartement très sale en mauvais état. Une fenêtre cassé, peinture dégradé, ils ont mis un meuble pour cacher l'alimentation de l'eau et derrière ce meuble pleins de saleté. Appartement pas isolé surtout qu'il se trouve au bord d'une route très passante.

Ce appartement ne devrait pas se retrouver sur votre site. Trop sale comme logement. Un appartement moisi, peinture dégradé, télévision qui ne marchait pas. En général c'est un appartement pourri.

Alors pour commencer nous arrivons pas de lumière sauf la salle de bain obliger d'ouvrir le compteur. Ensuite pour la douche aucun gel douche mise à disposition à pars un gel douche en sachet déjà utiliser obliger de prendre du gel pour les mains. Aucun ventilateur mise à disposition alors que canicule. Je ne recommande pas

Je sais ou je ne reviendrais pas !

La réalité ne correspond pas au descriptif. L’accès de mon studio est en passant par la véranda de l’autre location ! Ce n’est pas une véranda mais un haut vent avec vue sur un mur en partie démolie, et un « jardin » en friche. Un cendrier plein traine sur la table de jardin qui est dans le même état que les chaises qui ne donnent pas envie de s’assoir. Il y a un énorme bac en plastique rempli de détritus. L’intérieur est propre. Il faudra se passer de fer à repasser et de sèche-cheveux ?? Dressing ? Armoire ? il y a une penderie, mais pas d’étagère et/ou tiroir pour vider partiellement sa valise. Pas de coin salon ! ni canapé, ni fauteuil, ni CHAISE ! il y a une table de 1,10 de haut avec 4 tabourets de 90cm. Le sommier du lit est à même le sol dans cette pièce unique. Je vous laisse imaginé une position relax devant la télé ??? On ne vit pas à hauteur d’homme, mais en l’air ou par terre. A recommander uniquement pour les jeunes et sportifs ! Un détail : je pensais me consoler en ouvrant la belle boite à café… Et bien non ! Juste un étui de sucre et deux sachets de thé.

Du début (réception d'un sms) à la fin (fermeture du coffre pour les clés) nous n'avons jamais d'interlocuteur c'est totalement impersonnel. Il n'y avait pas les chaînes de télévision Les communs étaient en travaux (fils apparents, escaliers exigus)

Impeccable sauf une nuit à cause de locataire bruyant

Nous étions déjà venu. Et le confort y est, peut être rajouter des petits gant de toilette. Pour le reste c'est mignon et coosy

Nous avons eu une mésaventure, une de nos 2 nuits. Les fêtes pourtant interdites dans le logement, les personnes du haut avait fait la fête toute la nuit et se fut une horreur. Heureusement le lendemain il n'y était plus . C'est pour cela que je retire 2 points.
