For us as a family of 5 for one night, it worked as stop gap/ place to sleep. It was not too far off the main road
We used the accommodation as a stopping point halfway from the UK to Switzerland. We arrived around 9pm and were gone by 7am. There the location of the property was great.
The property needs some items replaced. The kitchen needs a toaster. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and dirty, it needs a mattress topper and a good clean, failing that a new one would be better. The banister leading up to the bedrooms needs fixing to the ceiling to make it more stable. This accommodation would not suit any one with mobility concerns.

Please, get these easy fixes sorted. It’s not acceptable.
It was fairly close to the city centre.
The front door wouldn’t lock. It was in a migrant transit area which made me worried about our safety as they were congregating on the road outside, with the door not locking I wasn’t happy and couldn’t sleep. Furthermore, the smoke alarm had been disconnected and taken off the ceiling. I’m a fireman, if I’d found this property in the uk we’d put an enforcement notice in against it. Totally unacceptable, no fire alarm in the whole property.

Unfortunately not very comfortable, needs some work doing to bring it up to a good standard
The location was good and it was good to have parking
Unfortunately the beds were all very uncomfortable, particularly the sofa bed where the mattress was so thin you could feel the metal bar through it, meaning that we weren't able to use it ourselves. Also the extractor fan was very loud and was on all the time, this made it difficult to sleep. Finally the stairs up to the 1st floor were very steep and had a very loose banister.

An apartment offering good value for money, but...
The apartment indeed offers a free parking spot. Also, it is reasonably priced. However...
The apartment is a little bit run down. The bathroom is quite smelly and the dishes greasy. The stairs leading to the upper floor are quite dangerous and I would not recommend the apartment to families with small children. it Also, we got only 4 sets of bedsheets. Even though we exchanged lengthy messages with the owner, we did not get the fifth set.

Excellent for a short break in Troyes.
Great location, everything was clean. Perfect for 5 for a short stay. Parking was very convenient right outside the accommodation.
It was absolutely boiling hot in the bedroom area upstairs, despite the very welcome airco machines. With a fully laden vehicle would have preferred the gate to be kept closed.

The flat is very well situated, a short walk to the city center and there is a 7/7 shopping place right across the street, very convenient!
The kitchen could do with a little more utensils (a bottle opener for ex!).
