Karl was absolutely wonderful and a delight to interact with.

Not sure hy this is asking about breakfast since there was none indicated. The best part of this booking was Karl, our host. He was genial and very helpful to get us into the apt.. He brought us a bottle of wine I think because we had a lot of trouble getting in initially, but he was very helpful. Even came back to help with the sofa bed, leaving his son's basketball game to do so. Very accommodating.

It was not so easy to collect the key, in part because I had the wrong door. But it is also hard to see the numbers on the dial for the code, and when I left even tho I had the correct numbers in I couldn't leave the key in the lockbox because it wouldn't open even w/correct code...for younger people w/good vision and more familiarity with these systems its probably not an issue, but for older folks it could be a problem. The location proved to be noisy during the night; we did have winds open to let in some air, but that meant we got the street noises too.

Excellent location short walk to cathedral, 10 minute walk to centre, where bars and restaurants are,great value for the price

This apartment is in walking distance from the charming downtown of Troyes, but is in a slightly sketchy area. The parking was also falsely advertised! The parking is free, but it’s street parking in a bad neighborhood. Although the decor was chic and nice, the beds were not pre-made (you would have had to pay extra) and it took a lot of work to prepare everything for 1 night only. Finally, there was no Wi-Fi at all. In conclusion, this apartment is overpriced for what was offered online.

Short overnight stay in Troyes

Well located & easy to find in a historical city with some interesting buildings. We only used as to break a journey to the Alps but would be a good base to explore the Champagne area

Super modern apartment in a beautiful location. The instructions I received from the host were clear and timely. Great apartment for a family stay in a beautiful city.

The apartment didnt have wifi or private parking but it was easy to find a parking space nearby. Also the extra cost for cleaning (or cleaning yourself) is a touch annoying but expected given the price.

we had to make our beds and weren't expecting that. Also very noisy when the people above arrived home at 1am and started wathcing tv and making noise. Not a good nights sleep. thin walls and noisy floorboards. shower is clean but pressure is poor

Quartier et logement à fuir absolument

Pas grand chose. L’Appartement est plutôt joli

Situé au dessus d’un bar PMU où ça picole et fume de la drogue toute la soirée dans une rue mal famée et très sale (Canette de bière et autres mégots de cigarettes). Les propriétaires habitant ce même immeuble sont sans gênes, bruyant, irrespectueux (aspirateur à 20h30, vas et viens incessants dans les communs, coup de perceuse tard le soir) De plus le clic-clac est aussi confortable qu’un lit de camp dans une prison se qui m’a valu une nuit blanche.

Mal insonorisé on entend le bruit de la rue Le bruit du voisin du dessus qui marche On entend tout se qui se passe dans le couloir De nombreuses toiles d’araignée au plafond mais aussi au sol dans les coins des meubles Poussière sur la table La table basse n’avait pas été nettoyé Il y avait un match de foot Impossible de le regarder car TF1 ne fonctionne pas
