Bien situé, calme , fonctionnel et agréable
Le canapé lit vraiment trop basique / inconfortable. Un canapé de lit standard ne coûte pas cher .

La place de parking privée, la décoration et l’originalité du studio, les petites attentions (café / gâteaux), le calme dans la résidence, la proximité extérieure des lieux d’intérêt, le guide numérique parfaitement élaboré.
La propreté moyenne, le manque de verre (1 verre à eau pour 3 personnes), pas d’éponge pour la vaisselle, le linge de lit (draps housse pour le lit de notre fille trop petit donc impossible à mettre, notre draps housse d’une qualité médiocre : quasi transparent et distendu donc ne tient pas en place, ultra désagréable de dormir dessus), les coussins verts sur le lit tachés…
