An enjoyable and memorable stay (for all the right reasons!)

The apartment was bright and airy . It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Free parking was available just around the corner in an area that felt safe. The apartment sits in a beautiful historic location near the cathedral.

Clean comfortable central apartment in a very shabby old building.

Central location

Communication. What is "Hyper centre" supposed to mean? The arrival email did not contain the address and it took us some time to find it, The email said you can park in "rue de molesme" for a few minutes, but the apartment its not in that road. We could actually park outside the apartment and there is 30 mins free parking. Also issues with the Wifi code. It would be very easy to put the code in the welcome email.

Beautiful , central , quiet and clean in charming old house.

Very nice flat in very quiet but, at the same time, central location. It’s located in one of the charming old houses de Troyes, equipped with everything one needs. Tastefully furnished and clean. Friendly communication with all involved. Would definitely come back.

Spacious comfortable appartment in a characterful building

Great location in a lovely old road with a short walk to the main sights. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it.

First impressions are challenging - the communal hall is dilapidated and the stairs up are unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. But it is a wonderful old characterful building - much more fun than a modern block!

La proximité du centre ville, le parking gratuit à proximité et malgré un peu de musiques du voisin du dessous c’était très calme

L’accès à l’étage est difficile car l’escalier est vieux et étroit. Ce n’est pas conseillé pour des enfants et des personnes âgées. Personnellement j’ai manqué de tomber en descendant.

Parfait.

L'emplacement est idéal pour la visite de la ville et de la famille. Le confort et l'espace sont un vrai plus. Le prix de la nuitée est convenable.

L'escalier d'accès au 1er étage est un peu chaotique (nous avons plus ou moins 70 ans !!! ) ! Je pense que les travaux de rénovation n'ont pas permis sa modification "pratique" ... mais cela n'est pas grave.

Appartement correct et bien situé

La disposition de l'appartement et le contenu à disposition.

L'hôte avait répondu à toutes mes questions avant mon arrivée mais pendant n'a jamais répondu à ma dernière demande posée pendant mon séjour. Aussi, je voudrais signaler que la vaisselle à disposition dans l'appartement n’était vraiment pas propre et j'ai dû la relaver avant utilisation.

het bed was smal en oncomfortabel. We hadden dit appartement geboekt omdat er twee aparte beden zouden zijn. Bij aankomst bleek er een smal tweepersoonsbed te zijn (waarvan de matras doorgelegen) was en een bedbank waarvoor de geen beddengoed aanwezig was.

위치만 좋았어요 성당 바로 뒤고 옛날 중심지라 조용했어요

계단이랑 입구출입문은 수리하셔야 할 것 같고 건물이 기울어지기 시작한 탓에 창문도 제대로 안 닫히고 방문도 닫을 수가 없었네요 전자렌지는 커버도 없고 전기레인지는 작동이 제대로 안되더라구요

Locatie naar het centrum, ruime woonkamer en keuken, heel goedkoop. Alles netjes. Gratis parkeren dichtbij. Goed bed

De trap naar de voordeur is voor ons nog te doen maar zeker niet voor minder mobiele mensen. Hal en trap vies en scheef en geen licht in de hal. 1 avond geluidsoverlast van de onderburen, gelukkig maar 1 avond. Bed was goed maar door de scheve vloer stond het een beetje schuin

Séjour en pleine vieille-ville de Troyes

La localisation de l'appartement dans la vieille-ville de Troyes, non loin de la cathédrale et du musée d'art moderne, et toute proche d'un parking gratuit, ce qui fait que l'ensemble de la ville se visite facilement à pied. Le rapport qualité/prix de l'appartement est aussi excellent.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est principalement lié à l'accès à l'appartement avec un corridor d'entrée sale et non éclairé car cette situation liée à la co-propriété dessert je pense l'hôte. Par ailleurs, même si cela ne nous a pas gêné, l'escalier en tourniquet assez raide pourrait s'avérer problématique pour certains locataires potentiels.

Très bien situé pour visiter Troyes: restaurants, musées, églises proches et facilement accessibles

Appartement spacieux et bien situé, au pied de la Cathédrale. Propreté impeccable. Wifi, appareils électroménagers en état neuf. Il est très facile de se déplacer dans toute la ville, à pieds ou avec la navette gratuite qui passe fréquemment très près de l'immeuble.

L'entrée de l'immeuble et l'escalier en colimaçon sont angustes, typiques de la vieille ville.

Logement correct, propre refait à neuf, parking,( mais payant ) à 30 mètres..Propriétaire sympa .

Le fait qu'il soit refait dans une maison typique très ancienne, fait que le sol ne trouve pas une "horizontalité parfaite"; pour un long séjour cela ne m'aurait pas convenu?. L'entrée extérieure ( marches ) et le couloir du rdc ,aurait mérité à minima, un coup de balai?. Ma 1ère nuit, trop bruyante par la jeunesse dans 1 court ss la fenêtre... le canapé m'a sauvé!. L'escalier en colimaçon étroit et pentu; c'est "kolonta".

Locatie was prima. Op loopafstand van oude stadscentrum. Binnen simpel maar schoon appartement

Het pand was heel oud en scheef. De trap naar boven was heel gevaarlijk en kapot. Stukken steen vielen van de muur. Voelde niet veilig. Erg gehorig. De buitendeur bleef open staan.

Un très bon emplacement Un parking gratuit à proximité. Le système de la boîte à clés très pratique. La superficie de l'appartement.

L'entrée peu engageante. Pas de lumière au dessus du lavabo dans la salle de bain. On entend un peu les voisins du dessous.

Appartamento a 10 minuti dal centro storico e con parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze

Appartamento ristrutturato al primo piano di una palazzina d'epoca, in zona tranquilla e in ottima posizione, proprio dietro la cattedrale di Troyes. Nelle vicinanze c'è un parcheggio gratuito, che aggiunge un valore in più. La cucina è spaziosa e con l'occorrente per mangiare a casa. Bagno ben fatto, con finestra.

La mancanza di prodotti per il bagno: sapone per le mani e bagnoschiuma/shampoo. Nel bagno inoltre, se possibile, aggiungerei un gancio vicino al lavello su cui appendere l'asciugamano per le mani

Appartement où je revendrai

Logement propre, éclairé, bien agencé et très bien situé géographiquement. Seulement à quelques rues du centre ville. Parking dispo à 30 mètres. Dommage que la télé n était pas opérationnelle. À notre arrivée , si un en-cas était présent ça serait vraiment un plus.

Troyes agréable ville

Appartement dans un immeuble très ancien,les escaliers sont très étroits et rustiques,quartier calme près de la cathédrale et d’une station de bus.En point négatif,pas de livret d’accueil,la télé non branchée pas de box prévu, la poussière sous le lit et les meubles et un nettoyage en profondeur du réfrigérateur et des siphons serait nécessaire.
