This little house is ideal for 2-4 people in a fantastic, trendy neighborhood in Seattle. It was well appointed (both kitchen & linens) without being crowded & the owner was really easy to get ahold of & helpful.
It’s listed as a 1 BR, but it doesn’t actually have a bedroom with a door that closes, so that is a bit of a misnomer to me. It’s a multi-floor loft. Also, you have to approach down an alleyway, so was a little confusing & hard to find until I called the host & he texted me the details. The parking spot in front of the house is really key b/c parking is tight in this area, but the space was too tight for us to get into (but that was our bad for renting a big SUV & taking it into a city).

Conveniently located, responsive host, free parking available
Door pin given on Booking.com was incorrect and we had to call the host. Parking lot was a bit hard to access, and there was another car there, making parking even tighter. A neighbor obstructed the road, and we had to get a tow (with the help of the host, took about 1.5 hours). Sofa bed was passable but not the most comfortable
