Great location for bars and venues in Capitol Holl, everywhere walkable
Was not able to park my truck, parking for smaller vehicles only due to tight access

Location and Parking(for a smallish car)- that made it worth it. A block away from the action on Capitol Hill. Worth it just for that. The owner answer a phone call right away. Nice, pleasant house. Comfortable.
The loft bed is ONLY accessible by climbing a ladder. Be aware. Another, very uncomfortable fold out couch into bed is in the same space, but below the loft bed. There is another couch downstairs, but it is too short for an adult to sleep on. No coffee or anything. Could have at least had that available.

It's a different style of accommodation with many quirky aspects which I liked.
The host was responsive and the parking, WiFi and facilities all worked as they should.
It's a small place but has 2 beds, one in a unique loft position and one a sofa bed.
The location is excellent right on Pike and Pine with excellent local breweries and restaurants.
I would guess the mezzanine bed might not be to everyones taste, but it worked for me with the AC on full and 2 fans!
