Tiny House on The Hill

Great location and the parking spot is great. Although the bed is not great for the uncoordinated and not active. I loved the area and house!

Everything as described, Eytan's place is comfy, well located, and nicely decorated. Carpets a bit old but sounds like they are on the list for replacement. Only note would be to switch some lightbulbs to a warmer color temperature, but that's minor. Remember that the bed is up a ladder!

Host communications was beyond excellent. Cutest property ever. Courtyards need lights.

The good: House was centrally located, very clean and had everything you need to cook. Owner responded immediatley to issues finding parking and noise. The bad: the main bed is in the loft, so if you are someone who gets up in the middle of the night, be prepared to navigate the ladder. The fold out couch was REALLY uncomfortable, hard, small and lump in the middle. The ugly: The pictures make it look as though it is a stand-alone house. It's actually within a cluster of townhomes that are VERY close together and share a common outdoor space, and the neighbors were really loud... in the wee hours of the night. Also, make sure you get insutructions on how to find the property and the parking spot. We drove around the block for 20 minutes before I finally called the owner. Entrance is on a different street from the actual address.
