Situated in the heart of Capitol Hill, this house is only minutes away from the most groovy place Broadway, where it features historical mansions, upscale restaurants, cafes, shops and multi-faceted nightlife. 5 mins walking to the CH Station and take light rail to explore the city.
The Space:
- With a 98 walk score, plus a 1 car garage for a compact-mid size car
- 2 hours free parking on street, first come first serve, perfect for your drop off or pick up
-The 2-hour street parking limit ends at 6 PM, and you can easily find commercial garages within walking distance, such as Diamond Parking, which is just a 5-minute walk away. This will help you avoid parking tickets.
On the 1st floor:
- One car attached garage access
- Front door entrance
On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen bed, Hybrid Gel Memory Foam Mattress (medium firm), blinds and walk-in closet w/hangers and luggage rack.
- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen bed, Innerspring Mattress (medium firm), blinds and walk-in closet w/hangers and luggage rack

-The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, who can comfortably stay in the house. Additional guest fees are $50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests on your reservation.
- We love animals, but this house is not ready to open to our fury friends yet. If you have service animals or special requirements regarding to pets, please contact hosts.
- Garbage service date will be Wednesday. If you are staying on Tuesday night, we are highly appreciated that you could take the bins out on the street.
- All guests must verify their identify with Airbnb by submitting a government ID and provide at least two forms of communication (e.g. phone and email)
- For security purpose, two exterior cameras in place. One is covering the garage entrance and one is covering the front door entrance. No cameras in any private spaces.
- For parking, we have one car garage, good for compact-mid size car. Garage is located in the back side of the townhome and door can be opened inside. The street parking is pretty competitive, 2 hours free, first come first serve. Please make sure to move your car after 2 hours to avoid tickets.
