Our tiny house on the hill is a spacious home nestled right in the heart of Capitol Hill. The custom lofted bed has a window with a direct view of the stars. If you want to get outside to enjoy the fresh air, we have a cozy little patio with twinkling lights and a grill. It's perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the best neighborhood in Seattle together!
Don't underestimate how valuable our COMPACT parking spot is in the busy city. If you have a bigger car I can offer you a spot at my office a block a way.

The good: House was centrally located, very clean and had everything you need to cook. Owner responded immediatley to issues finding parking and noise. The bad: the main bed is in the loft, so if you are someone who gets up in the middle of the night, be prepared to navigate the ladder. The fold out couch was REALLY uncomfortable, hard, small and lump in the middle. The ugly: The pictures make it look as though it is a stand-alone house. It's actually within a cluster of townhomes that are VERY close together and share a common outdoor space, and the neighbors were really loud... in the wee hours of the night. Also, make sure you get insutructions on how to find the property and the parking spot. We drove around the block for 20 minutes before I finally called the owner. Entrance is on a different street from the actual address.
