This is the first time I have ever reviewed a property on Expedia but I am motivated to warn others about what to expect. The location is good and the parking situation is not too bad. Price was okay for the neighborhood. Check-in instructions were simple. The decor was generic Ikea stuff. The linens and towels were clean, although they were very skimpy with the towels (one washcloth, one hand towel, and one tiny little bath towel for a two night stay). Now the bad stuff: In order to confirm the reservation, I had to scan my Photo ID. Even worse, they required a scan of my face before the reservation could be confirmed. I would never have booked this place if I had know about this requirement. The apartment itself is very run down. The baseboards and moldings are literally rotting. Carpet is worn. Lots of dust and grime around the edges. There is a musty smell throughout the apartment. The grout in the kitchen and bathtub is worn out and disgusting. When I arrived, there were two wet footprints on the bath mat in the shabby little bathroom. The garbage and recycling bins out front were overflowing. I needed a more detailed receipt than the one provided by Expedia because my employer needs to see the breakout of taxes and fees. I contacted the property management company to request a more detailed receipt. They were very nice on the phone, but they could not provide the detailed receipt I needed. I have stayed at nicer Motel 6's for half the price.

Pictures did not accurately reflect our unit. Futon very hard and pillows definitely need to be upgraded and an extra or two would be nice . Bedroom bed and bedding were fine. Tight quarters for four people. We were expecting two bedrooms, not sure how the confusion happened. Bathroom could use a little table for more counter space.

The unit was clean. Towels fluffy. The property exterior was poorly maintained. Weeds, leaf litter in the stairs and walk ways. Discarded clothing under a bush and the trash receptacles at curb side were overflowing, smelling and. According to neighbors. Not collected for weeks.

All issues we experienced we're handled by management in a timely manner. The biggest issue was space for 4 ppl. We had to buy an air mattress, but they are willing to pay for it. Communication was amazing.

Spacious, lots of natural light, great location in Capitol Hill for walking around exploring. For our stay there was extra laundry detergent, extra dishwasher soap, extra garbage bags. Plenty of towels. Supplied products were all scented which is rough for us. Flat is a bit worn in places but not a deterrent. Had to run glassware and flatware through the dishwasher before using. Ick. Could use another table or two for surface space. Parking - fuggedaboudit! Overall a great place at a locally good price.

BEST LOCATION! Close to many places of interest, bars, restaurants and parks. Super clean apartment! Even the sofa bed was comfortable. A lot of light in the unit and there was a magic positive energy, hard to describe in words :) The host was responsive and helped us to find the detergent for the laundry. We will come back here soon.

Great location and clean, we'd like to stay again but hope it will improve. It's very sparse with a few missing items: no lightbulb in the lamp by the bed, I had to go find one from another lamp, only one towel (one!) was provided - two adults were staying who would have both liked to shower and have a towel to wash their face, dry hands, etc. I think 4 towels is a minimum. The rug in bedroom was stained and worn, could use a rug in living room. There was no light outside the house. There was no address posted by the street, we had to walk up to a dark house to ensure we were in the right place. The lockbox didn't open on the first 3 tries and we were confused by the fact there is a key box as well - no mention of this in the instructions. Bikes were laying outside a side door - they were unsecured which seemed like a security risk. I was nervous about our safety - just felt weird, small building but evidently an apartment or two upstairs? Would be good to know in general, what the situation of the building was. If improvements are not made then the cost should be significantly less. Hope it improves.

The apartment was great. Perfect location. Clean. The right amount of amenities and space we were looking for. Also, the bed was SUPER comfy. The only problem we had was during our last night. We could hear EVERYTHING happening in the apartment above us and they were very loud from about 12pm - 4am. Dropping things, walking around very loudly. It definitely put a damper on our stay and made us very tired for our cross country flight.

The room I had booked was accidentally not clean when I go there. I do understand that mistakes happen and called immediately to see what the quickest solution was. I was offered a new room on the same floor which solved the problem quickly and easily. I've stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Great location and amenities. It would be helpful to make sure there are washer/dryers in each unit where it's promised, since I now know not all units have them, it is an added plus when they do. Thanks!

This was a relatively quiet little neighborhood, but close to plenty of nightlife, eateries and fun things to do. The apartment was nice and clean, with clear instructions on how to check in and check out. My only issue was there wasn't any way to learn the WiFi password.

I would’ve stayed further in Bellevue in a 4 star hotel if I knew this is the place we are staying at. It looks like a run down apartment building on the outside. I’m not usually a Debbie downer but for the price we paid wow! Parking is a huge issue. We drove around half hour, nothing! Not even any pay parking that was available within 2-4 block radius! The fold out couch barley fits one person and very uncomfortable. 1 bedroom apartment only fits 2 people. When we arrived, it smelt like a whole Febreeze bottle has been sprayed we had to air out the place for a few hours. Won’t be coming back at this place again. I’m surprise an “air b&b” style place is being advertised on Expedia!

Apartment was lovely. Easy checkin apart from not having the code to actualy door to apartment. But front desk called me back straight away and provided same. Shower did leak a bit and shower head was loose but good pressure.
