Welcome to our Capitol Hill townhouse—1,500 sq ft spread across three levels, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Entry level: A guest bedroom with queen size bed and full guest bathroom. Out back, enjoy the patio and lush garden, perfect for unwinding with company.
Main level: The heart of the home, with a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out to the balcony for fresh air and to enjoy your coffee. A convenient half bath is on this floor. Portable AC to stay cool.
Top level: The primary suite with king size bed and AC, and second guest bedroom with queen size bed. Shared bathroom suite.
For your convenience: in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed wired and wireless internet, heating, and fans in each bedroom. Free street parking just outside.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage and a locked supply closet.

• This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
• We have regularly scheduled landscapers and exterior maintenance staff, so you may encounter them during your stay. We'll try to give you a heads-up when possible, but this isn't always something we can do in advance.
**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
