Welcome to our brand-new Capitol Hill townhome, a stylish retreat in one of Seattle's most exciting neighborhoods. The location is hard to beat: top-tier restaurants, lively bars, and premium grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Central Co-Op) are all an easy walk away, with bus lines and a light rail station just around the corner to whisk you anywhere in the city. A Street Parking Pass is included, that allows you to park in the neighborhood around the townhome.

• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine
