About this house rental
Fabulous city and space needle views from the rooftop deck. Great location as it's easy to walk to light-rail, parks, restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Everything you would expect form a high end modern property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle.
The space
Our townhouse is off the side street which makes for added peace and quiet while still centrally located. It also has a security camera doorbell for added safety.
First Floor - The entrance way opens to the great room which packs a lot into this cozy space including a small outdoor garden, living room (with smart TV and a sofa bed), half bathroom, and a fully loaded kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, garbage disposal and dish washer. We have a coffee maker, tea kettle and a toaster. Typical items such as utensils, cutting boards, pots and pans are also provided. This floor also has air conditioning.
Second Floor - This floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms (with queen beds) and a Washer / Dryer. Both bedrooms have standing fans.
Third Floor - The third floor is where the master bedroom sits. It includes a full bathroom (shower, double vanity, and toilet), a queen bed, and a sofa bed. It also has views of the city and air conditioning.
Fourth Floor (rooftop deck) - The rooftop deck has views of the city and space needle. We provide comfortable seating so you can take it all in!
Parking - There is one outdoor parking spot available in the back on the property. Note our parking spot easily fits mid-sized SUVs. A full sized SUV will be a tight fit. Parking is also available on the street with 2 hour limits between 7am and 6pm except for Sundays.

A great space right in the heart of Capitol Hill! Perfect for enjoying some quiet downtime and working on the rooftop before going out and about the city. Clean, easy, and comfortable.

My mom and I took my kids and nephew to Seattle and loved this property. The views were stunning and the property had everything we needed. Prepare for stairs: the unit has three tall stories with a rooftop deck above. My elderly mother struggled a bit, but we made it work.

Smaller than expected, and a bit dingy, as compared to other homes we've rented. The listing stated there was a dining space that accomodated six people, but there was no dining space at all, at least not inside the apartment - the managers pointed at the fact that there was a table and chairs on the rooftop patio, but (a) that's not very useful when it's raining or wet, and (b) it is three full stories above the kitchen. We had a problem with the heat the first night, so we were quite cold, but that turned out to just be the result of not understanding how to use the controllers. Also on the first night, in the middle of the night, after we were all asleep, the smoke and/or CO2 alarm started making noise to indicate that it was low on batteries, and when we tried to shut it off, the alarm went off repeatedly, thus ensuring that everyone was wide awake, whether they wanted to be or not. Eventually, we managed to get it shut off. When we reported the incident the next day, I expected that the managers would offer some sort of recompense, given that we had all been rudely awakened in the middle of the night, but they made no such offer. Also, it turns out that there is a major construction project right next door, and a glass door on the first flooer with no blinds facing that direction so that we had no privacy from the contruction workers working just a few feet away. We definitely would not stay there again.
