Charming Capitol Hill Craftsman

The location was good for our needs. The house is right in front of a bus stop, so it is both convenient and loud at night. Safe neighborhood, hilly, parking space is VERY small. With our Mazda 3, we barely fit into the space with room to open the door w/0 damage. Can park on the street, though there is not much parking. Be aware that this property DOES NOT offer cancelations. We tried to rebook the property 9 days before our event, but the owners did not allow it. We were even going to stay longer. I thought nine days was enough time; it wasn't. The house was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of cutlery and dishes in the kitchen. The fridge worked and was clean. Plenty of towels for our stay. Washer and dryer were great and house has laundry soap. The beds were firm, not comfortable. The pillows were great. The sheets were soft, warm, and clean, and there was a hole in the flat sheet in the primary bedroom. The jacuzzi tub isn't working. Please clean the jets and remove the mold. The bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of storage space. Also, please help the Japanese maple and azalea out front; the ivy is strangling them—great neighborhood, cozy, sophisticated, youthful. Parking in the house is tricky, small space, and the street to turn into the lot is on a hill, so be careful of people whipping down that hill.

Parking space may be too small for most cars, no cancellation (maybe the booking site can fix it by improving accessibility of this information?)

Location is 10-15 mins drive to all the main attractions (i.e. Pike Market, Starbucks Reserve, Space Needle, Golden Park, Seward Park). House was very clean and comfortable. kitchen is equipped with basic amenities in case you wanted to cook. There's on site parking, but we opted for street parking, we usually found parking within 5 mins.

Not too much that can be controlled, but the street level noise can be kind of loud for some--especially since there is a bus stop right in front--recommend ear plugs
