- Parking is not provided with your booking. There is a paid parking lot right behind the building that you are welcome to use. They charge $25/night.
- This is located in Capitol Hill, so some street noise is to be expected.
- As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.
- While we consider it to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

The host was quite communicative and attentive to my needs and questions. The location is amazing. The space itself is somewhat minimal but still has personality. I appreciated having towels on my bed and pods for the washing machine. I’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen utensils and dishes were all pretty new. The only thing missing was a large pan. Beds were comfortable. As noted, it is on a couple of busy streets and there were definitely sirens, honking and a metal band from a nearby bar at night. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants and bars.
