Furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed, it is comfortable for four people. Off-street parking is available. Laundry facilities are in the basement. A separate studio apartment in the basement is not included. (inquire about availablity and rates for this separate studio apt).

My husband, our 2yr old, and I had a fantastic stay at Cindy & José’s charming cottage while visiting family nearby. The location can’t be beat, easy access to everything the city has to offer in a cozy neighborhood setting. The hosts are fantastic communicators and so thoughtful in the little touches they left throughout the home. Thank you!! We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re back in Seattle.

It was convenient and close to Pikes Market.
Safe neighborhood and friendly neighbor.
For the price it was good. Full size bed needs to be replaced. It was rough on our back and very unstable.
Other then that for its value and location. It was great!
