Built in 1900 this cottage retains much of it's original charm. This traditional home has both formal living and dining rooms. Furnished with one queen bed and one full-size bed, it is comfortable for four people. Off-street parking is available. Laundry facilities are in the basement. A separate studio apartment in the basement is not included. (inquire about availablity and rates for this separate studio apt).

The processes that the hosts followed were very clear and concise. They were also very helpful in providing information on alternative ways to get around Seattle during our brief 3 day stay. The hosts did provide much welcome "treats" and a "welcome card".Our stay focused on the downtown waterfront and the property was very well located with ready access within a 15-20 minutes drive (be prepared to pay for parking if you are lucky enough to get it in Seattle). Being close to the Safeway grocery store also proved to be beneficial.The property itself did come as advertised being with benefits/disadvantages that one would expect to find with an older victorian home.

Great location and easy access to lots of things to do. Clean accommodating, comfortable all the things you want in a Airbnb. highly recommend.

The property was clean and very well maintained. It's a cute little house in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The bedrooms have window AC units, which helped as we arrived on a pretty hot day. The house was close to everything we wanted to see and do, we'd definitely stay here again!
