The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 940 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with luxury rain shower and heated floors. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating and space needle views!

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.
• Portable A/C units is located in the 2nd floor bedroom are installed before the start of the summer season for additional comfort. They are removed during the winter season. When installed, the window blinds may not be able to fully close, and the units may produce some noise while operating.
• Doorbell camera located at front door entrance
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Really well situated home, central to many hot spots. Loved the lay out and it’s in a great location. Very good communication with host as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute booking because our original Seattle VRBO booking for the same dates had to be cancelled by the host. We were lucky to find this in Seattle at the same time as the FIFA games!The location suited our need. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. However, we are older and the three level property--plus roof!--was a bit challenging.It is obvious that this property is frequently used. There was nothing really bad, but the condition was starting to get a bit shabby, paint was chipping for example.So our experience was OK, but I wouldn't personally use it again unless I was desperate--and in this case we were!
