This townhome was perfect for our group. It was in a great location and nicely furnished. Stores are close to easily stock the kitchen while in Seattle. A variety of restaurants are a close. Light rail is a short walk to take you to the many sites in Seattle or to catch a ferry for a day trip to an area island. Hosts were timely in answering questions and quick to offer suggestions, so you make the most of your trip.

This house is beautiful and offered more than enough space for our family of 4, but with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, could certainly accommodate 7. Would recommend for older kids/teens and not small children due to all of the stairs. No two bedrooms are on the same floor.It was super clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with cookware, paper products, spices/seasonings, even some leftover unopened pancake mix, syrup and crackers from previous guests! (We paid it forward by leaving popcorn packets and spaghetti sauce!) There's a Safeway one block away that allowed us to save money by making every breakfast in the house and we even used the grill to make dinner twice. The best part was the roof deck! Our family gathered up there every night of our weeklong stay to watch the planes, stars and views of the city and Space Needle. Added bonus: we arrived on July 4th so got to see fireworks all across the skyline! When you are used to northeast humidity and bugs, this was extremely refreshing to need a light blanket and not worry about bug spray! The second best part is the neighborhood. Walking down to Pike and Pine Streets was easy and where we found great restaurants, bars and shopping (shout out Elliot Bay Book Co). Great coffee shops too of course. And although a bit further, we did walk all the way down Pike to the river on several occasions if you have it in you (about 2 miles to Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square). Overall an amazing place to stay!

The six of us enjoyed every minute in this home. The rooftop balcony was comfortable while watching the sunset. The kitchen was well equipped. The home had everything you need to feel at ease. Bus was really close-one block away! Communication with the owners was outstanding. Would definitely come back here if we needed a place to stay in Seattle.

We spent the weekend here and found it exceedingly comfortable for our family of four. There was plenty of space and separation for everyone to stretch out, and the roof deck is a special added bonus. The kitchen is huge! The Capitol Hill neighborhood is fun and vibrant, and lots to do within easy walking distance. Yes, parking sucks, but that's the city for you! The dedicated parking spot helps if you need it. Public transport easy and close by as well. We hope we'll be back the next time we are in Seattle!

This is a wonderfully decorated and appointed property with an AMAZING rooftop view of downtown Seattle. My family all were very comfortable as we returned each day from exploring the city, where we would cook or enjoy some takeout from one of the plethora of restaurants. The serendipity was the great farmers’ market on Sunday just a few blocks away with the most amazing fruit, flowers and all kinds of food and baked goods.

We were on a family vacation and stayed couple of nights at the property. Very clean and organized. One thing that isn’t mentioned is that the kitchen is on level 3 and if you have older people with knee issues it could be a problem. Beds were comfortable. The pull out couch in the bedroom is not meant to be slept on in all honesty unless you put layers of pads/cushions. I lasted 2 hours on it and felt like sleeping on a rock. The host was fast to respond and nice to communication with.

This house is a beaplqce to stay near most everything. Walking distance to some neighborhood restaurants and a Safeway grocery store ip the hill from the house. Walking distance to the train station. We took the train in from the SEATAC airport and it was short walk to the house and straight shot from the airport. Which was nice we were trafeling with luggage and not having to change trains after a 6 hour flight was nice. We ubered to most places downtown though because my huaband was nursing an injury. The house beyond beautiful. The host David and Sasha were wonderful to deal with from booking to check out. They sent us a great list of recommendations in the area and were more than accommodating with any questions we had. It was nice tp jaut relax at the house with all the widows open and enjoy all the different views from every room. Definitely would recommend for your next trip to Seattle. We are already planning our next trip.

Loved our stay in this Seattle townhouse. We were a group of 7 swing dancers in town for Camp Jitterbug and it was perfect for our crew. We could walk everywhere we needed. Groceries were nearby and the kitchen was fantastic for cooking group meals in. Hoping to reserve again for next year! Three full bathrooms and laundry on site!

My wife, daughter and granddaughter and I stayed in David and Stacia's lovely home in Capitol Hill. Although I was skeptical that it could be done, we were able to see all the sights that we wanted, within our 4 night stay, without the need of a car. This home is situated perfectly to public transportation to make cruising around Seattle, as well as a trip to Bainbridge Island, a breeze. My daughter even took the train/light rail to the airport with no delays or other problems that one might experience on the roads. I highly recommend this property.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing trip to Seattle. This property was perfect. The house was extremely clean and was so stylish. The beds were more comfortable than my own and the kitchen was not only beautiful but had everything you would ever need. The location of the house could not be beat. There was a Safeway 2 blocks away and countless stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck at night and staring at the beautiful Seattle skyline. Had a wonderful stay at this property, on our return from a cruise. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property is beautiful and has everything you need including a priceless view from the rooftop! It was the perfect size for our large group of 7, which included children. They loved the access to the rooftop and all of the different levels in this unit. We had the comforts of home with the beautiful kitchen and every tool imaginable to make a home-cooked meal. This property is in a eclectic vibrant (Capitol Hill) area overlooking downtown. The property was well appointed and very clean with plenty of space for two families. The rooftop terrace had an awesome view of downtown and Olympic Range day/night! Parking for a larger than mid-size car required parking a few blocks away in overnight parking which ranged $15-23 depending on day and length. This was reasonable given other metro areas. Safeway was 1.5 blocks up the hill as was Bakery Nouveau (yum!). Owners David and Stacia were very responsive to any inquiry or question. I would recommend staying here if you want want to experience Seattle or to leave out for day trips to Cascades/Leavenworth.

This is a great property in a great neighborhood! It easily accommodated a couple and three adult children. It was well-stocked, close to great restaurants, and easy to get down to the waterfront. We had a group of 6 friends looking for a weekend in Seattle to hike and also see local nightlife. This place was a perfect spot in capital hill in the center of it all, but way enough to hit a highway out of town. They have a fantastic roof deck view of the city. The place was very clean, beds are comfortable, and best of all there is a parking spot. Parking in capital hill is hard to come by, but this place has it taken care of for one car. Hosts were communicative and attentive. Great stay!
