The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk.

It was a very nice unit. The family that lives above the unit is fairly loud. We had to time our sleeping around them. There is also very limited parking. Lastly, the entrance is fairly dark and it can be hard to get the front door opened.

pros: fast internet cons: the door keypad was finicky, the apartment was smelly, poor shower pressure, terrible pillows, bed memoryfoam was indented, hardly any linens or hangers provided, no dressers or drawers or desk, no extension cords, sofabed was broken-which was the reason we rented this apartment-very disappointed, no lights outdoors-hard to see at night, In their listing, it was not explicit that there was no TV in the bedroom. The one in the living room was oddly placed and hardly reached the electric outlet. will not book again.

The couch was unusable. It may look good in photos but it was beyond uncomfortable. The pillows for the bed were worse than hospital bed pillows. You can get decent pillows at Fred Meyer for $30. This is unacceptable for the area and price. Last there was ZERO warning about the active construction site directly across the street. Again this is not fair in anyway to the customer

The few issues were the rather uncomfortable seating options, the few things already damaged. A bowl had a corner chipped off, one of the forks looked... like someone chewed on it for hours (???) additionally the lack of bedding for those staying on the futons when we specified 6 guests was a little, for lack of better phrasing, unfair.
