La localisation (à proximité du métro), la propreté de l'appartement et du linge. La chambre du bas en spéciale est bien confortable thermiquement pour dormir même en été, des ventilateurs sonr à disposition. Hôte reactive sur whatsapp.
Le four electrique et la plaque chauffante sont un peu lent, il faut être patient. Il faut utiliser un point de sortir d'eau à la fois (pas de douche et robinet en même temps, sinon pas de débit). Le lit du salon est un peu lumineux (un rideau blackout serait intéressant).
