MyAppart Ivry sur Seine / Bercy

Comfortable, clean, near metro station.

A little difficult initially to open the main gate 😂 but nothing major. Another think Europe sockets in the room- so travellers to get 2 pin sockets. Otherwise a universal adapter in the room would be massively grateful for the travellers comfort if that is your concern

Great place with a fully equipped kitchen (a bit worn out, but everything works). Actually cleaner than I expected.

The street noise was ok, but the noise of flushing the toilet is terrible. Also the location is not that good, the closest train station is RER C but it’s not always available, takes a lot more walking for other subway stations.

Appartement fonctionnel le parking était un plus intéressant

Chaleur à l'intérieur et bruit de la rue à l'extérieur

The location is nice for seeing Ivey sur Seine and the east side of Paris.

The insane instructions about the car parking. We were supposed to make the car disappear during the check-in, until we get the remote control for the car parking from a drawer in the apartment. At checkout one has to leave the remote control in the apartment and cannot open the door to exit. The reception, which has nothing to do with the apartment rental, has to rescue you. The instructions of the helpline were literally “leave the car blocking the car parking exit for everybody else and walk to the reception”. The key instructions were unclear. There are two key boxes at the door. When you ask whether to use the one that looks like a standard key box, the answer is “yes!”, but it is actually the wrong one. The communication in English is quite difficult. The online check-in also forces you to accept all cookies, including obviously unnecessary third party cookies, which is, in fact, against the law. The slide bar for the shower was missing, so we had to hold it in hand. The top of the plint seems to have never been cleaned.
