Location was good. Value was acceptable given the prices one finds in Paris. The gigantic Carrefour not far up the street was most useful for provisioning. Host was very helpful.

Bathroom was not the cleanest, but the rest was fine. No AC. Room was hot! Bring your earplugs - traffic is quite audible and can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper like me.

The location is nice for seeing Ivey sur Seine and the east side of Paris.

The insane instructions about the car parking. We were supposed to make the car disappear during the check-in, until we get the remote control for the car parking from a drawer in the apartment. At checkout one has to leave the remote control in the apartment and cannot open the door to exit. The reception, which has nothing to do with the apartment rental, has to rescue you. The instructions of the helpline were literally “leave the car blocking the car parking exit for everybody else and walk to the reception”. The key instructions were unclear. There are two key boxes at the door. When you ask whether to use the one that looks like a standard key box, the answer is “yes!”, but it is actually the wrong one. The communication in English is quite difficult. The online check-in also forces you to accept all cookies, including obviously unnecessary third party cookies, which is, in fact, against the law. The slide bar for the shower was missing, so we had to hold it in hand. The top of the plint seems to have never been cleaned.
