The location is very convenient for visiting Paris and nearby attractions. There are buses nearby that take you to the city center in around 30 minutes, and the train station is only about a 10-minute walk away. From there, it is easy to reach central Paris as well as beautiful places such as Versailles Palace. There are also very useful shops close to the apartment, including a large Carrefour only 5 minutes away. The apartment was clean and equipped with the essentials needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, which made the stay more pleasant after long days visiting the city. The hosts were kind and courteous in sending useful information before the stay and overall the apartment is a practical and convenient solution for a few days near Paris.

I would recommend limiting the check-in communications to a maximum of two emails, as receiving too many messages can make important information harder to follow. The air fryer should be cleaned more carefully because it was greasy and smelled strongly of oil, so we decided not to use it. There was also a noticeable smell of fried oil in the corridor outside the apartment. During hot days, the apartment became very warm even with the windows open, especially because there is no air conditioning. The bathroom was particularly hot since there is almost no airflow there, and unfortunately even with the fan it remained uncomfortable. The bathroom mirror seemed to have a permanent cloudy layer on it, not caused by steam, which made it difficult to use properly. Since there is a coffee machine in the apartment, it would be very helpful for short-term guests if a few coffee pods were provided, as tourists staying only a few days are unlikely to buy a large pack themselves. It would also be useful to provide clearer instructions about waste disposal and to include separate bins inside the apartment for recycling and general waste. Having to separate all the trash afterward in the garbage room was not very practical or pleasant. I also asked where we could dispose of the garbage in order to avoid possible fines mentioned in the communications, but unfortunately I did not receive a reply.

J'ai aimé le lieu. L'appartement en lui même est bien agencé et quand même spacieux lorsque le lit est en canapé. La salle de bain est pratique et plutôt spacieuse, espaces de "rangement" Il y a 3 bus qui passent au pied du bâtiment donc très pratique. Le RER C et des métros sont aussi a quelques minutes a pied. Donc accès facile à Paris. Commodités à proximité également. Hote réactive par message et disponible.

Je n'ai pas apprécié l'environnement (rue sale, containers qui débordent, odeurs d'urine). Je ne me sentais pas non plus très en sécurité en rentrant le soir. A mon arrivée à l'appartement le sol ne semblait pas avoir été fait et des tâches sur la housse de couette. Il n'y avait aucune lavette, produit d'entretien (idem pour les WC) ou encore sopalin. J'ai du tout acheter. C'est essentiel pour le quotidien mais aussi pour laisser l'appartement propre lors du départ et c'est dommage de ne pas faciliter cette étape. Aussi on ne m'a pas communiqué le nouveau code de la boîte a clef à temps ce qui m'a fait perdre pas mal de temps lors de mon départ. Cependant j'ai toujours eu des réponses rapides lorsque j'avais des demandes par message. A savoir qu'il est possible d'avoir des serviettes de bain propres et de laver son linge mais tout cela est payant.
