Grosszügiger Wohnbereich. 2 Schlafzimmer und Balkon waren Pluspunkte. Sehr netter Vermieter. Gute Lage.

Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, angenehm geschnitten und die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war außergewöhnlich freundlich, wertschätzend und nahbar. Besonders positiv war, dass zwischendurch aktiv nachgefragt wurde, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dadurch entstand eine sehr angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
Das Badezimmer benötigt an einigen Stellen etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit, insbesondere die Fugen im Duschbereich. Außerdem sollte der Duschkopf aufgrund von Kalk- und Schimmelspuren ausgetauscht werden. Zusätzlich wäre eine kleine Spülmaschine sinnvoll, damit Geschirr hygienisch einwandfrei gereinigt werden kann.
