I would love to live in this apartment for a long stay.. Although mine was a short stay.

I liked everything about the house. Starting from the family, to the space, the price and overall living in such an airy apartment in Paris. The host has arranged everything very nicely. Jeremy is a very nice and helpful guy. I have been in Paris four times and undoubtedly spent the best time in this apartment. Waking up in such an amazing apartment with sunrise from the balcony is priceless.

There's practically nothing that I didn't like.

Great place to stay near central Paris.

Apartment is in great location, close to amenities and close to city center. The host was very helpful and responsive, and provided comprehensive instructions regarding parking and check-in. The apartment has everything that is needed for a short or long stay.

Although not a necessity, would have liked more water pressure in the shower.

The owner was very responsive, and helpful. He personally responded, and resolved very quickly to any issues or questions we had. There was even a children's playground on the doorstep of the apartment block - which was great for our little one!

The location is easy to access from the highway. You can find the mall with Carrefour supermarket, pharmacy , bakery and shops just 5 minutes walking. Public transportation bus halte also nearby, metro station you need to walk 10 minutes. Small park in front of the building is really nice so it's a nice neighborhood with greens. The host Jérémy is friendly and easy to get in contact. If you travel with car you can park inside the building with additional cost. I would recommend to stay here if you want to attend event at Accor Arena also to visit Paris.

Provide kitchen towel would be great.

Very good for the family

Apartment size, location and cleanliness. Contact with landlord very good, he was very helpful, flexible and responsive. It is 15-20min walk to metro line 8, for us it was enough. It is usually 1h to get to the city center

1 bed for 2 teens is a little too narrow

Fijne ligging, rustig, aan de buitenrand van Parijs

Op 1 km loopafstand van de metro en van daaruit super aansluiting naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne bedden. Schoon. Winkelcentrum op 50 meter afstand, ook een carrefour. Lekker italiaans restaurant daar, Casa Roma. Ligt aan een mooie tuin met speelgelegenheid voor kinderen, erg leuk.

Meubels gedateerd. Straalt weinig sfeer uit. Verlichting niet zo geweldig. Wel schoon en dat vinden we belangrijk.

Geräumige Ferienunterkunft für Rollstuhlfahrer bestens geeignet

Barrierefreiheit. Man kann die Wohnung komplett mit einem normalen Rollstuhl benutzen und betreten. Die Klimaanlage ist super, arbeitet leise und effizient. Wohnung ist geräumig. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Und der Vermieter ist super hilfsbereit und hat, ohne zu zögern, ein paar vergessene Klamotten zu uns per Post nach Deutschland geschickt. Die Betten sind auch sehr gut und man kommt gut mit den Bussen ins Zentrum von Paris. Ein großer Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür im Centre Commercial ist praktisch, um Vorräte einzukaufen. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich stimmig. Perfekte Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

bardzo przytulne mieszkanie. mimo tego ze sprzety są dość zużyte miło sie korzystało i wracało po całym dniu zwiedzania . cicho. Opiekun bardzo pomocny . klimatyzacja działała . dziala netflix i YouTube na tv . Tuż przy apartamencie plac zabaw więc dzieci miały dodatkowa atrakcje.

Soggiorno perfetto

L' appartamento è veramente grande e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato acqua e caffè già a disposizione quando siamo arrivati. Le salviette, i prodotti da bagno e da toilette erano già a disposizione in quantità. L' aria condizionata è stato un elemento molto molto utile soprattutto negli ultimi giorni: quando fuori faceva molto caldo, dentro si stava benissimo. L' host è stato disponibilissimo e ci ha sempre chiesto se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. La fermata della metro (Liberté) è poco distante dall' appartamento e ti permette di raggiungere il centro facilmente. Inoltre proprio a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro c'è un centro commerciale con all' interno un supermercato ben rifornito.

Wir würden beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier übernachten.

Die Anbindung zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut. In ca. 30 Minuten war man in Paris. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Auto konnten wir sicher in der Tiefgarage unterbringen.

Der Abfluss roch ekelig.

Buena ubicación, cerca del transporte público y con un Carrefour al lado.

La calefacción es con aire acondicionado y cuesta calentar el salón. En el baño hace frío en pleno diciembre. La terraza estaba algo descuidada.

В квартирі є все необхідне, рекомендую! Наше перебування було абсолютно комфортним! Нам довелось поміняти час заїзду, але це не стало проблемою для господарів. Вони знайшли можливість допомогти нам заселитись раніше, ніж планувалось.
