It’s in an excellent location—right across from Giardini al Lago and the lakeside promenade. It’s a 10-minute walk from the San Giovanni train station, 10 minutes from the lake ferry pier, 12 minutes from the Duomo (the cathedral), and 2 minutes from a 24/7 supermarket.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet, peaceful, and bright.

The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has a large closet and everything else you need for extra comfort. Both bedrooms open onto a long balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and some fresh air.
The living room is large and spacious. It features a pull-out sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with all necessary appliances (coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and kettle).
