The location has been perfect, also is a flat with everything you need, kitchen, bathroom a big living room.

The apartment was very well provided for and spotlessly clean. The staff we met join leaving were gracious and friendly. 💜

Upon booking I informed that likely arrival will be 10pm, we arrived just a few minutes after 10pm due to challenging travel conditions and we were left stranded. There was no body, no working contact number- my baby was left stranded on the streets from 10pm- 1am. Booking.com said they couldn't contact the property. Someone called the police. The police tried to help us- they contacted the property but no one was contactable. The police tried calling other hotels to accommodate us as we had a baby and it was almost 1am in the morning and we had been travelling since 6pm- so many hours. The property managers PrimeStays denied the existence of the property although their name was on the front door. With the help of the police, we got another hotel- double tree and paid another £200 for one night. We didn't have any food and our baby was hungry- all restaurants and shops closed. We were driving around Hull until 3am looking for food and we went to sleep at 4am. It was the next day that the property and Booking.com sent us access information and Booking.com and the property are both lying that this information was sent to us. If Booking.com customer service was aware of the property access information- why not tell us or give to us for over 2 hours. The police went through all emails from the date we booked the property looking for any information that will help us gain entry. This property is not reliable, no human customer service, no one to contact in emergency. It was very traumatic to stay at this property. We got in the following day and the beds springs are loud, the doors are noisy, the bedsheets have hairs, not ironed and not suitable especially if you are staying with young children. We are still in process of getting our money to cover the cost of being left stranded at midnight in a city we did not know. Please avoid this property- go to a hotel. To the property owners- please do business with honesty and care about the lives of your guests.

Sofa wasn't very comfy to relax on. Living space was small (although we knew this, it would be a bit of a squeeze for any longer stays for 4 of us)

Apartment was beautifully decorated an very Comfortable, it felt like home from home. Added bonus of the outdoor area!

The appartment was in a good location, clean and well equipped. The private secure parking was a real plus too. The owners have made a real effort to ensure that nothing is missing for your stay.

Location, presentation, cleanliness, facilities overall fine. Staff on phone very friendly, helpful and responded promptly to general queries and to a maintenance issue that occurred.

The second bedroom beds were not suitable for adults and you can hear the people upstairs walking around very annoying at 5.00am.

The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. They have kept tea bags, coffee, oil etc. We have brought things for preparing breakfast. There are plenty of options available for lunch and dining nearby or via uber eats.

Main bedroom is bit small and it was bit tough to squeeze in me, my wife and my toddler. If you are travelling with grown up kids, this is perfect as they can use the bedroom 2 as it got 2 single beds. In my case we were travelling with 4 adults and 1 child. For people like us, the main bedroom could have bit more space. But overall, we are happy.

Fantastic location, We have seen this building prior to being renovated into apartments and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the apartment was. The entry to the building was by code and easy, with a key located within a lock-box, all the information I needed was sent to me a few days prior to arrival and was very comprehensive. There was plenty of parking available and access to an outside secure grassed area where the kids could play. Everything you needed was within the apartment, Kitchen stocked with coffee and tea etc. The bathroom was massive with a great shower. Beds very comfortable and nice to have a fan available for use.

The access to the car was via a door within the main bedroom, which was great, but there was no outside key access for this door. This would be my one and only fault, not a dealbreaker though. There may have been a key within the apartment and i can say I didn't really look for one as it is such a petty issue. Having access to an outside parking area straight in to the apartment was good enough

This is my second time staying here but in a different apartment this time. Both were exceptional. The full complex is finished to a very high standard, i highly recommend it

Perfectly positioned just close to the hospital. Clean rooms - great kitchen which was very well equipped. Accessibility excellent on flat 3. Parking is secure and plentiful behind a gated car park. The bed was comfy - lots of tea and coffee / drinking chocolate available - hosts excellent (contacted us once we had checked in to make sure everything was perfect). Can’t fault this place at all !! Very glad we found it !

Nothing about the property - but just be aware of you fancy takeaway - The Chinese takeaway nearby (great food) but it only takes cash. (We had to drive back into city to get to a cash point).
