Everything was perfect! Huge lobby with cool hanging chairs and other comfortable spots to hang out. Our room was super clean. Bed very comfortable! Hotel staff all very friendly. Breakfast was great! Definitely will stay here anytime we are in this area!!

The bed was okay, it has definitely been used and was broken in. There was lots of grab and go type options for snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. We just didn’t utilize any of them this time.

Upon entry to the hotel I was greeted by the front desk clerk. He was very courteous, polite, and had great energy. My room was perfect, breakfast was great, and I have nothing negative to say. My stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

We arrived around 10:40pm on Saturday night. We were traveling for a special event for our daughter to be held Sunday evening. We were walking our dogs around lunch time and were stung by hornets. Their nest was in the dog bag holder. I am allergic and went into anaphylactic shock. Transported to hospital. Missed the event we were traveling for … the hotel did not remove the nest nor mark it for other guests to avoid injury. They told us a manager would call- it’s Tuesday. Nothing yet but they did offer one night refund. My hospital copay is double that. Never again will we stay there which is unfortunate because we will be visiting our daughter frequently.

The property was overall well maintained but there was an awful odor coming around the refrigerator areas of the lobby that was strong and off putting. Our room was clean and enough of what we needed but the mini fridge was not cold at all. We did not report this as we were only staying one evening and checked in late. We went to breakfast around 830 the next morning and many items were already out and never replaced although I saw staff notice this. They did replace some and multiple people reported the lack of coffee before it was replaced 45 minutes later. It's a nice set up if maintained but when you offer breakfast until 10 it would be nice to have all options for that time.

Pros: Staff were awesome and property was super clean and new with a good fitness centre. Cons: Air conditioning was very noisy, bed was somewhat uncomfortable and there was a fair bit of highway noise, but we were on the highway side of the hotel.

The pool was closed which was a bummer and the fire alarm went off at 7:45a, we had to evacuate the building. The floor was sticky and the room was pretty small. Great location and close proximity to the ball field for travel baseball. The breakfast in the morning was great!
