It was average at best.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

They had no bar tender on staff. Breakfast was a complete disaster. It was served to us in brown paper bags. We declined.

Room was clean and comfortable but over all experience was not to our expectations.

Lay out was nice, nice main area when you walk in.

False advertising, on line stated that there was a hot tub which is part of why we chose this location. NO HOT TUB!. On line also stated breakfast included, had to pay for an orange juice or any other items they had available. Indoor swimming pool the water was too cold for us to enjoy the pool which was a BIG reason we chose this location.

Great place to stay, great service, fake Starbucks,

The staff was great. Excellent customer service, great location for everything you could possibly need, food, Walmart and target right there in literally a minute or two away. Some in walking distance. Hotel is pristine clean . Beds are comfy and have enough pillows. I will say that the amazing staff make up for any shortcomings and so do the beds. They also have some really nice smelling bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash built-in to the shower, which was a fabulous one. Great pressure and a nice huge shower head that provides plenty of water. It's walk in with tons of space and shelving. Even had a little foot rest for shaving legs!! The room itself was much much larger than any other hotel rooms we have stayed in. I can't stress this enough. Very large and comfortable!!!!

The refrigerator in the room did not work which was very unfortunate because we were there for a sporting event and my daughter needed to be able to have ice cold drinks for the entire day so I had to use trash cans as ice buckets to be able to bring cold drinks. I was not able to use the ice packs for her cooler bags. Starbucks was a major selling point on selection for the hotel however the Starbucks isn't a real full Starbucks It's only basic Starbucks coffee and it's not included in the stay, neither is breakfast,You have to pay for it. so if you want a pink drink or a caramel ribbon crunch You have to go to the Starbucks that's 2 minutes up the road. Finally the pool is nothing like the photos they show, it's a square pool that is 3 to 4 ft deep. If there's more than three people in it do not bother going in . there is not enough room. It looks more like a hot tub but it's a pool. You can't even swim a lap in it because it's too small. Some of the lights were out in the room.

All in all, my needs were met. The hotel was clean, and I loved having coffee available in my room.

I didn’t eat at the hotel. It was conveniently located for my family to get to. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. They let us do family pictures at the hotel.

I would have liked the breakfasts, like some hotels have. I don’t eat that much, and a complimentary continental-type breakfast would have been nice. And, I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel.

We needed a room for just one nights stay and hoped to get some good rest.

The hotel was close to the highway so very accessible for travelers. It is a pleasant, quiet hotel. The room was pleasantly appointed. I liked the fact that we were given two pillows each as I always use more than one pillow.

The mattress just wasn’t very comfortable. I simply could not get comfortable enough to get a good nights rest. I think I only got a total of 4 hours sleep. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the heat in the room. Couldn’t find written instructions on the heater which was tucked underneath a countertop so was not very accessible.

Room was costly, but very clean and plush. No coffee!

There was no good coffee or even any breakfast snacks that were complimentary. All was Starbucks and costly.

No complimentary amenities. No lotion I. Bathroom, nothing but watered down decaf coffee in the room and no complimentary coffee on the lobby. Got to have good regular coffee!

Everything, room was very nice, staff especially the lady at the front was super friendly.

I was charged 20 dollars without being told. when I called I was told I would get it back in 5 business days if I didn’t use my room number to purchase anything at the bistro. Other than that it was a great trip

what I didn’t like was there was no hot water and they didn’t have complimentary breakfast because there bistro wasn’t open and it was not that many people are the hotel for it to not have been opened.
