Wasn't happy at all and wouldn't recommend anyone staying there

Clean comfortable affordable hotel!

Breakfast was very good and a lot of options.

Some of the staff at the front desk didn't greet us when we came in to the hotel. Dakota was great though, very friendly and efficient.

Close to stores for last minute needs or regular shopping and close enough to the commercial zone in Obetz. The staff is very friendly and helpful - always at the desk for any needs!

I wish they had more lactose free options at breakfast but this is super specific! The options they had daily always looked very yummy.

It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The crew there is amazing!

The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I will be staying at this chain of hotels again if given the opportunity. In fact, I will go out of my way to ensure that I stay at Fairfield inns by Marriott

I really liked the motion sensor air fresheners in the elevator and the way the hotel was decorated was very cool. The staff treated me like I was a friend rather than a guest. It was an awesome experience!

The hotel is very clean, the location was great, the only thing that was bad was the toilet paper had some kind of metal cover over it made it very hard to use. I know that sounds freaky, but it was just really weird.

Breakfast was not good. I was there for 10 days and only attempted to eat twice before I resorted to other means for breakfast. The oatmeal both time was as if water was poured over quick oats but wasn’t done

Great stay

I left a few things in my room by accident and they called me and asked if wanted them to hold it incase I had a chance to come back. I never had anyone call me about items left in a room. That was wonderful.

Good value very close to where a friend of mine was staying. He thought I had the better hotel.

Breakfast was fine, but the cleanliness of the dining area was excellent. Obviously the facility was either new or totally renovated and very clean.

Breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. After we checked in we couldn't get our TV to work. The staff was very prompt to respond to our call. Turns out the batteries in the remote were dead.

This is my third time at this location and it never disappoints. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn!

Breakfast was adequate and always restocked. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly. My boyfriend's 7 year old bounced his small basketball too high and it got stuck on the roof to one of the entrances and the receptionist got it down for us. We were very grateful for the random act of kindness.

Highway noise is a bit loud but that's to be expected from any of the hotels in that location.

Ourroom was beautifully appointed, clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillow. It was a bit firm for me.
