Better then the others

The location is located near restaurants and has acceptable exits so you don't have to feel as if your fighting your for life in rush hour to leave or enter. Breakfast starts early enough and it's good. Rooms appear clean and modern with friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was bright and inviting. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The pool was freezing so the kids were quite disappointed since that was part of the reason we chose the hotel.

Book two queen bed room. they gave up a king with a hide a bed. we sleep in separate beds. had to take turns on the hide a bed for our two night stay. told us they had some construction crews extended their stay, so we had to suffer

The patio and pool area, I loved but other guest were dirty leaving trash and beer bottles every were.

It was nice, could not get any pillows only had two...but had a pull out bed for the kids. No pillows no blankets. Was told they were out.

upon checking into room, we started to notice it wasn’t very clean, looked like they didn’t finish cleaning room. Since we arrived late Friday evening and it made for a challenging to get resolved solution that night after 10pm… We had disappointed evening because we didn’t have clean towels for a while, shower and kitchen area, appliances were dirty … also took a while to get room cleaned Saturday morning after complaining about room cleaning needed. The lack of timely follow up was worse, it was bad enough room wasn’t properly cleaned, the slow solution didn’t help either.

Didn't like that the AC units in every room in the entire hotel was set at 68 degrees and could not be changed. Had to sleep in a room you can't get comfortable in.

I liked the stay and privacy, but the hotel needs to improve in small ways to avoid annoyances.

The room was clean, and the room was well appointed and the guest wifi was more than adequate for our needs. We liked having a larger refrigerator.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bedding kept slipping off one bed corner. We had the Bedroom Suite in which the bedroom tv didn't work during the entire first day, and most of the second. Once the problem in the bedroom was resolved, the living area tv stopped working, We gave up asking about it.
