Breakfast options need to be better. Not much fruit. In town for softball tournament and it is difficult to find ice.

Blame Game with Booking.vom

Do NOT use booking.com for this property! I booked and paid for 2 queen mobility accessible rooms, when I got there I was given 2 standard rooms. After several calls back and forth between booking.com and the customer service reps of the hotel, I was caught in the blame game between the two. Hilton said booking.com over sold the availability of the rooms, booking.com said Hilton oversold and didn't hold my room, check-in was 3, I arrived at 4:30, plenty early enough. Hilton also told me this happens 'alot' with all 3rd party sites on their properties. My question that I never got answered from either was why do they continue to allow them to sell rooms if they are scamming people? And if they know it's an issue with third part sites, why not give the customer some sort of compensation instead of playing the blame game. I don't know who was right or wrong, this is my first reservation I've had this issue with. Bottom line though I was not given a room I had proof of reseving, and not offered any sort of refund, not even a partial one.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel. Left early each day & returned very late at night.

Breakfast was better than most other hotels. Location was nice, easy to get to, felt very safe. Hotel was clean, most staff kind, friendly & willing to assist. The night staff was especially friendly & welcoming! Also, Front Desk staff member & Supervisor both were quick to assist when I arrived home & discovered a billing error. I had my answer in less than 24 hours &m my refund for the discrepancy in a few days!!!

No freezer in small refrigerator in the room. One staff member at the breakfast area was curt when asked a question regarding an item that was available the previous day. She told me they change offerings daily & that is understandable. However, the one thing I requested (that I had the 1st morning) was never again offered the rest of my stay.

Nice, clean place to stay, just not very good breakfast.

Rooms were clean, liked the set up. Loved the shower with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash set up. Air was very cool.

Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It was more like microwave or compressed food. Not good at all.

Overall, very positive experience at the hotel and I would stay again. I think it is in a really convenient area.

There are a lot of things to do on the property and it is close to shopping centers and restaurants. it is very family-friendly. Staff was kind. The hotel is conveniently situated right off of the highway. It is also not too far from inner city Columbus.

The rooms could have been designed a little better, but it was still very nice and spacious. There was some type of renovation occurring on my floor. Carpet was missing along a certain part of the halest which was alarming upon exiting the elevator. A couple of breakfast machines were broken this morning and prevented some of my family from being able to eat at the property (as it’s included in our stay).

A decent night sleep in a scaled-down hotel room.

The breakfast was superb! There were plenty of good options to choose from. And, the dining room staff was wonderful in getting more pancake mix for the guests.

I was disappointed there was no in-room ice bucket; the guy at the front desk (when asked about a bucket) throws a plastic bag on the desk which was unacceptable to me. Naturally, I didn't take the bag.

Horrible, poor management of gas.

The property was conveniently located.

Starting at 1 AM on our second night up until 6 AM there was significant noise and moving a furniture in the room above ours. We contacted management multiple times seeking their assistance to deal with the other guest and they never did. Additionally, somewhere in the rooms around us gursts were smoking and smell it in our room Since we ended up getting up at 6 AM and leaving Because of horrible situation. Definitely not making it safe for a 4 Hour drive home.

Clean and comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and refer friends and family.

Nice hotel in a great area.

Very nice hotel. Check in was a breeze and I wound up having to change the dates of my stay which was no problem at all. Rooms were very clean, very central location with lots of restaurants in the area. Make sure you follow your GPS to get back to the highway as Stringtown road does not allow turns at certain intersections.
