Upon arrival the front desk staff was super welcoming, and offered us complimentary drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a great/safe neighborhood, with lots of shopping and dining near by. The hotel is super clean, and recently updated. The pool is very nice and clean. The breakfast area has lots of seating and food options.

One of the front desk clerks attempted to authorize my card on file 6 different times for a total of 1012.64$ causing my card to be declined my duration of my stay to which no staff took accountability for this act of “pre authorizations “ the manager was UNAVAILABLE to resolve nor did not take the time to get back to me Very disgusted with the lack of accountability given for such careless behavior causing much inconvenience to me for my stay in Columbus

We had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival the hotel smelled clean and the lobby area was warm and inviting. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and it was perfect for what our family was looking for. It sometimes can be nerve wracking looking for a clean and safe place to stay with children, but this hotel was great. The location had plenty of restaurants and entertainment was not far. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return when coming back to the area.

Front desk staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel and room was clean, spacious, and updated. They also had a great breakfast spread, more options than most hotels. Only complaint were the pillows being a little uncomfortable. I would recommend staying here and plan to stay here again in the future.

I'm not sure what her name was but the lady that helped me check in on Feb. 1 2025 at 3:00pm was very helpful and cordial. You could tell she actually loves her job I walked in and out a few times and each time she was being very attentive to every person that was checking in. She was answering one person's 20 questions with ease and helpfulness. The accomodations were very nice and clean and organized!!! I will definitely be returning there in the future!!! 5***** hands down

Stopped by for a night on my roadtrip. Hotel was clean, check-in and check-out were very quick. I arrived around 8:30pm and was able to get food and other items as there were many restaurants and shops still open around. Also appreciated the fact that the hotel was only a 15 minute drive from downtown, so I was able to visit before resuming my road trip.
