What a lovely, well situated, beautiful establishment! It is a 30 second walk from Railay East floating pier. So when you get off the boat, turn right at end of the floating pier and walk for 30 seconds. It is also just 5 mins walk from Railay walking street where some people go for evening drinks and entertainment. The hotel grounds are lovely and tropical and are situated under the limestone cliffs and coconut trees of Railay. Lush, green tropical vegetation all around, and you have a monkey to keep you company occasionally :-) My room was on the ground floor. Nice spacious room with a HUGE sunken bath in the floor plus a rainfall shower. You could fit 4 or 5 people in the sunken bath easily. SMART TVs for watching y-tube or Netfx are in the room. Rooms are sparkling clean and you get two fluffy large beach towels to take to their wonderful, enchanting pool which has a swim up bar, and 3 'feature' areas (waterfall and two bubbly platforms). I loved this hotel and will definitely return. The food at the hotel looked really delicious and well presented. I was sorry that I never tried it, but I would advise you to try a relaxing lunch by their pool. Be careful around the pool because the pool decking gets extremely hot on a sunny day. Bring flip flops or pool shoes to protect your feet. Happy hour at the swim up bar is 2 til 5 and is great (2 for 1). Good quality cocktails and drinks on offer here. It's all relaxing, good fun. All the staff on reception are lovely, helpful and polite and housekeeping was excellent (thank you). Rates are low here in low season but I would think that once high season comes around, it could get expensive. 'Railay Walking Street' is 5 mins away on foot and is OK, but is disappointingly scruffy and unwelcoming in parts. The local Government need to improve this street. Railay and Phranang beaches are SO beautiful and yet so many of the bars and eateries on the walking street area are shockingly unkempt and unwelcoming or even derelict. They need to do better, enhance it, upgrade it, offer the tourists some nice classy places to eat and drink. In many parts it seemed like a hangout for layabouts and weed smokers. Awfully disappointing

A beautiful hotel, and that’s pretty much it. Almost impossible to communicate with staff as noone speaks english. Reception constantly unattended. Breakfast average at best.
