Room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable, all staff were very courteous & friendly nothing was too much trouble whatever your request was would without any doubt definitely stay here again

Friendly staff, easy check in.
Room was fine but a little small.
Bathroom had a bit of mold, but I'm sure the housekeeping staff will sort that, now been pointed out.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from and also a cooked breakfast.
The hotel restaurant and bar/foyer was very pretty and inviting. Didn't sample the food but many people were eating.
Loved looking around the town of St Ives, the shops and pubs had made it very pretty with all the lights and everyone friendly.
All in all a great time away and would stay again.
