Nestled on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 19th-century building, this spacious, freshly renovated 60 m² apartment combines elegance and tranquility. Located on the quiet Ausone Street, in the heart of Bordeaux’s vibrant city center, it offers immediate access to museums, theaters, cinemas, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy easy transportation with tram lines A and C just a one-minute walk away (Porte de Bourgogne station).
This accommodation is ideally designed to comfortably host up to six guests. It features two charming bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed (one of which can be split into two smaller beds), and a convertible sofa in the living room, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The understated and elegant decor creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.
The gem of this apartment is its balcony overlooking the street, offering a privileged outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine—perfect for preparing and enjoying homemade meals. A laundry area with a washing machine completes the amenities, ensuring a stay with all the comforts of home.
While the apartment retains the charm of old Bordeaux, with its traditional Bordeaux stone staircase leading to an outdoor patio, it doesn’t lack modern conveniences, such as a television and Wi-Fi.
A baby crib can be provided for €20 per stay, or €30 with a high chair.
A concierge will welcome you upon arrival to hand over the keys to the apartment.

## DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., any late arrival is subject to additional charges.
## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac Airport:
Take the tram A from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Palais de Justice Station, then take tram A from Palais de Justice Station to Porte de Bourgogne Station then walk 2 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take the tram C from Gare Saint Jean (Marne) Station to Porte de Bourgogne Station then walk 5 minutes.
For parking, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The other alternative, if you prefer, is the public car park "Place de La Bourse" located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €22 for half a day.

My mom and I stayed in Bordeaux for two nights to go wine tasting and explore the sights, and we absolutely loved this quaint apartment! It’s perfectly located just off the walkable center of Bordeaux, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed — from a nice bathroom and cozy beds to coffee for the mornings. The property manager was wonderful, meeting us upon arrival and showing us how everything worked. Everything was well cared for, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We enjoyed the nice and modern feel of apartment with the lovely bits of character of building .Very central location with lots of transport options specially with direct tram to airport. Avoid having car difficult to park nearby .Fully equipped for meals.We had great time .

We loved your place the only downfall was going up the stairs with all that luggage. I also wanted to bring to your attention that we had never been to Bordeaux and didn’t know about the Uber situation with all our luggage so it took us a while to get to the place because of traffic as well. The lady Marie I believe that was her name kept on calling and rushing us to get to your place, not only was she rushing us but when my cousin got there first with one of the girls she helped carried the luggage and told my cousin she needed to leave a tip on the table well that’s really bad at least in the US you don’t demand tip. We always leave good tip but not if someone demands it that was really poor taste.We actually felt very rushed in the check in process. I just wanted you to know so it don’t happen to nobody else that stays at your place. Everything else about your place was perfect!

Upon entering the apartment you see squashed bug marks across every wall in the apartment. Some with blood too. It is not pretty. It has not been cleaned. The apartment also comes with a large number of its mosquitos.
For some odd reason, all rooms only had one set of blinds. Offering zero privacy. 1 room even had pretty see-through blinds (the one blind). The apartment was dusty and at least 50% of the lights had defective bulbs.
Lastly, flats down the road had key lock boxes. It should be the same here it would make it easier for evening check-ins.
With all of these flaws, it is a nice apartment with, great space, location and set-up. Ample pillows, towels and storage space. I would recommend but simple things would have made it much better.
