Lovely apartment with amazing views of the river and city. We had excellent communication with Isabelle our concierge. She was helpful and friendly and did everything to make our arrival welcoming.
The beds were comfortable, starched white bed linen and towels.
A dishwasher to make things easy. The apartment was a 10 min walk at most from Quinconces tram terminal or walk to the centre. A tram stop is directly outside the apmt block.
It is up a spiral stone stairway so possibly not suited with young children and no lift access.

Location is the best, right in front of the river and next to rue notre dam full of cafés, bars etc
Living room is bright and spacious as apartment is on the top floor
Beds were super confy and good they had hairdryers
One of the bathrooms had humidities and mould because of lack of ventilation so the smell was not great
The shampoo offered is too basic, combined body gel and shampoo in one and no conditioner offered
One of the showers did not work for the top waterfall function
Top floor and building has no lift

Very spacious and good location easy walking distance to main center and attractions
Parking. Despite several messages to the host asking about parking to alert them I have a large suv with roof box and was concerned about suitable parking - these were ignored. On arrival the parking was not adequate and I had to revert to parking on the street. Licklily we were only staying one night so parking was free from 7pm-9am. After this time parking is expensive.
The stairs. If you have a young family the stairs will prove difficult especially with a short stay having to haul luggage up and down.
