About this apartment rental
This magnificent flat offers spacious rooms and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It features a spacious, light and welcoming 50 m² double-planar living area, as well as three comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The property also includes two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Above all, you’ll enjoy an exceptional 100 m² terrace surrounded by trees – a true haven of peace, ideal for relaxing, sharing a meal or making the most of sunny days.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for your stay: a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the flat
A welcome kit is provided on arrival, containing a sponge, a coffee pod, a bin bag, toilet paper, an individual soap pod and a dishwasher tablet.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay.
A secure parking space within the residential complex completes the amenities.
Please note: the flat is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Perfect location for activities with our without kids!
Having the terrace was super nice to have cocktails in the evening or your espresso in the morning.
The beds were very comfortable.
If you are aiming to cook at the property like we did, be aware that there's no pot holders and only one kitchen towel.
Overall it was an excellent stay for our family of 6!

We had a fantastic three night stay. Host and person who met us upon arrival to hand over keys were communicative and knowledgeable about the area! Fantastic location with easy access to public transportation, tourist info, city highlights, many restaurants, etc. Fans provided were a lifesaver in July heat wav, and evenings in the terrace among the rooftops were absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend to families or groups of adults traveling together!
