- on the first floor (about 50 m2): a small entrance, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed (Maison du convertible), a SAMSUNG video projector, a dining room that can accommodate 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen (NESPRESSO, food processor, blender, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher...), a laundry room with dryer, a toilet and a patio of 20 m2 not overlooked with new jacuzzi for 5 people;
