About this house rental
We are renting for the 1st time our family home of 220 m2 for the holidays. Located in a pretty quiet little street, our house will allow you to spend a beautiful holiday in a quiet and wooded neighborhood.
5 minutes walk from the Saint Jean train station, 5 minutes walk from trams C and D, 10 minutes walk from the Place de La Victoire, you can discover the historic center of Bordeaux and its surroundings by soft mobility. We leave 4 adult bikes available and 2 scooters. The Bay of Arcachon, the Atlantic Ocean, the Périgord and the vineyards of Saint Émilion and Médoc are 1 hour or less away by car.
The first floor of the house is composed of a large living room largely glazed on the terrace and the landscaped garden. The double-height living room, the living room and the open-plan kitchen are at the heart of the house. Backing onto the living room and separated by a glass roof, the playroom offers children a fun area equipped with a video projector.
From the living room (door locked) or from the terrace (large bay window), there is access to the indoor swimming pool. The indoor swimming pool, heated and covered with a motorised shutter, is completely secure for young children in an independent locked room.
On the opposite side of the swimming pool, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room and a separate toilet complete the first floor.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms: 1 master suite (double bed) with its bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with single bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom (bath and shower). A relaxation and reading area completes the floor. In each bedroom with a single bed, there is also an extra bed of the armchair type.
From the terrace, there is access to the garden divided into 2 spaces. A 1st garden with a large trampoline camouflaged by a jasmine tree and a perched hut for children and a 2nd garden with an outdoor table in the shade of 3 large lime trees. Also available is a plancha and a ping pong table.
Our house is also equipped with a large closed garage for parking a large car and a city car.
With the exception of an office, you have the entire house and its equipment: pantry, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave...), library and board games...
Our family home, designed to accommodate 7 to 8 travelers, is located in the heart of the block and benefits from this configuration of a rare tranquility that we hope will also be shared by its occasional occupants. Big parties are therefore to be avoided.

This purpose-builft house has a number of unusual features such as a tranquil city garden a pool and an open-plan mezzanine. If you get the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed.
