About this house rental
Relax in this spacious and serene accommodation. This magnificent, typically Bordeaux stone shop of 240 m2 is located very close to the city center. (On foot by tram or bike) This 5-star furnished tourist accommodation offers great comfort in a contemporary setting. It is an ideal place to discover the heart of the wine capital. The patio is a real place of tranquility in which you will enjoy pleasant sunny days by the swimming pool or spa depending on the season.
With its large bright living room opening onto the terrace, you can stay in this contemporary house ideal for 6 people (or 8 with sofa bed).
The large, modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, allowing you to enjoy the spirit of conviviality while enjoying delicious meals around the solid wood table.
The large living space extends to a lounge area comfortably furnished with a sofa and beautiful armchairs.
The second living room offers a home cinema space with sound bar for your evenings.
On the mezzanine, you can also work or relax in a cozy office space.
As for the sleeping area, you will have two beautiful bedrooms with Queen-size beds and a large bedroom with a double bed upstairs (stairs not suitable for young children). Please note: the rooms are spaced very far apart, which is perfect for a stay with friends but less obvious with young children.
The home cinema room is also convertible into a sleeping area allowing two additional beds on request.
If you want to park your car and do everything on foot, by bike or by tram, it's very simple!
You can easily access public transport.
A tram stop (New York line B) is located 400 m from the accommodation.
You can easily park your vehicle in front of the house.
When you feel like going for a walk, you can have access to the VCub bikes that the city of Bordeaux makes available for self-service so you can go for a leisurely stroll.
