Modern and very clear detached house, pretty garden, very well oriented, 2 large beautiful terraces, games for children with trees and fully fenced grounds.
Automatic gate ensures tranquility and security. Parking spaces inside the property

20 meters from the golf course and the Bouscat racecourse, near the forest.
2 km from Lake Bordeaux with nautical activities (sails, rowing, ...), near the Matmut stadium, many cycle paths which will lead you to the tracks of the Arcachon basin and to the heart of Bordeaux.

Great location for visiting the coast and Bordeaux, the tram stop is very convenient being a few minutes walk from the property, as are the local bakery, convenience store for fresh produce and Domino’s pizza. The property was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable, no shortage of crockery and utensils and the appliances very easy to use. Our host was lovely as was her English speaking friend living next door, a great asset for translating!

Everything was great, the wsrm welcome, the many hints of what to do and where to go, tve house! We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the easy way of travelling into the city. It was quick & cheap. Chantal and her daughter were amszing hosts. We would always choose their house again when coming back to Bordeaux!

Very spacious and well equipped, the house is close to the local tram stop for travel to Bordeaux, and also to the all important local boulangerie.
Host Chantal was very welcoming, but beware of mosquitoes!
