Location , lovely spacious apartment

On the 4th floor ( no lift ) , no air conditioning ( it was 35 to 37 c when we were there )

Good condition, clean. Location is good enough (but some surroundings are not honestly). Amazing historic views.

Low internet speed. Upload less than 1 Mbps, download - around 5 Mpbs. Other points are exceptional so I didn’t decrease the score.

The property interior is very nice, location is walking distance from the old town (5/10min), although in the evening the street wasn’t the best ever: when we arrived there was rubbish on the street, one almost-naked person lying next to the entrance etc.

The agency taking care of the property offers a terrible customer service, which essentially consists in totally ignoring any message (I am NOT referring Martyna, the woman responsible for the concierge, who is actually extremely professional). We flagged a few problems, including (1) wifi not working/extremely slow (we had to switch to personal phone hotspot for working), (2) we asked for a second pair of keys (it’s a flat for 6 people, 2 keys are quite a basic request) which was denied. On top (and this is the real issue), for both issues we reached out in several ways to the agency (after a few attempts we also sent them a message on Whatsapp) and they never came back to us in any way. Also Booking.com reached out to them, and they never replied despite being required to do so within 48hrs at the very latest. Given the handling of the issue (and the non-fulfillment of the contract), we asked the property the refund of the costs we had to bear to work from a co-working space nearby the flat.
