Location great - right in front of tram stop. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower facilities. Beds were comfortable. Linens in good shape. Nice to have coffee maker with pods.

Had to pay a large security deposit of 800 euros for our 5 night stay - this was not on the listing and should be made clear up front. The deposit was refunded afterwards. Should have tower fans throughout the apartment. It was hot and when we opened the windows, mosquitoes entered. So fans would have addressed this comfort issue. Stairs to bedroom level are steep and really need a handrail both for safety reasons and to avoid hand prints on the walls there. The need to inventory the contents of the kitchen is onerous and just shouldn’t be this way. The dining chairs are very uncomfortable hard plastic resin chairs and are noisy to move. Should be two soap dispensers in bathroom - one for shower use and one for the sink.

The apartment was excellent, great location with the St Michel tram stop outside the front door.

Proximity and space

Shower in upstairs bathroom kept on blocking up and we had to turn off the shower 3 times and wait for it to empty then restart our shower again Sink in bathroom had same problem One tea towel for 5 nights for 4 people and not enough coffee/ tea cups
