Bon emplacement (un peu loin des boutiques et restos à pied tout de même), stationnement dans la rue, la déco de l'appart, la balnéo et le sauna, le digicode à la place de la clé
Un peu éloigné à pied de certains centre d'intérêts, mais bien desservi par le tram. Les fenêtres de l'appart donnent sur un parking surélevé

Very clean and convenient to travel in Bordeaux. We used laundry machine and kitchen everyday. The kitchen utensils are enough for 6 people. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets.
Just small comment. There are no cooking knife. So, we use eating knife to cut meat which is fine. Moreover, there are some nonfunctional kitchen equipment such as the pot and the pot cover with no handle. We have to use some cloth to hold the pot.

It was really well situated and the sauna was lovely.
There was no outdoor space, everything in the space was cheap (cracks in paint, a bit of mold on the cabinets, sofa bed wouldn’t hold, kitchen supplies and kitchenware were really cheap), the hot water would run out before getting the bath half filled, both sinks were broken when we got there (they sent someone to fix them the next day though so it was quick response!). Overall it fits the price I guess.
